Woody finds himself at the crossroads. This, right now, is the pivotal point in the season. Will he lose the team? Will the team respond with better play and focus? I think he had to do what he needed to do. This decision may payoff down the road, but how far down the road? Do we have the right players or do we have the wrong players? I hate that this far into the season, I still have more questions than answers.

What a joke. 5 players can’t be mature enough to follow the team rules at such a crucial point in the season. It’s hard to blame the guys on the floor because they were tired, but Race and TJD should dominate NW. I don’t care if they are playing 4 on 5. Kopp has to get up for a game against his former team. Hopefully this mass suspension will pay off and the team will come back hungry, but it’s hard not to be disappointed right now.

It’s easy when the defense just needs to guard the interior.

I think we’re going to have to suspend the server company. But let’s wait until after the game.

We are who we thought we were. That is neither a positive or negative statement. There are 3-4 teams in this league who will outplay us 80% of the time. IL is one of those teams. We still need a scorer who can create their own shot. That is all.

At least they said he was 6’5” in the script. He definitely looks pretty big on screen.

Apple TV is still delivering the goods. I watched the first few episodes of After Party while I was sick and it’s hilarious. Best of all, one of the characters is John Ralphio who now convinces me he needs more roles. That guy is really talented.

Spotify is like a bank for me. Maybe I'd switch, but it's too much work. I got Spotify the day it was available in the US. This is where all my playlist are pinned albums/songs are. Also, this is where most of my 'music friends' reside - where we share playlists. There are also so many off-shoots that require Spotify premium. During the day while I work I virtually hang out with some music friends in an online DJing room called JQBX. I just got introduced to this awesome new game called Music League where every week a theme is picked and everybody in your league (about 12 people) submits a song anonymously. You then vote on the songs (you have 6 thumbs up votes and 1 thumbs down vote to use). Once everybody votes then the results are revealed. A running tally is kept throughout the weeks. For example, last week's theme in our league was songs with a great saxophone solo. I know Spotify has been promising better quality forever, but it's about the community with them. I also think they have better algorithms if you're looking for new music vs just satisfying your thirst for nostalgia. I like their interface a lot too, but that's because I'm very familiar with it. ...and if you were interested, my 'sax' submission won last week:

It’s so hard looking past the next game, let alone the next 3 games. If we beat IL, that NW game is a trap. I’m tellin’ ya. I have a feeling we come into that game lacking urgency. Not because Woody is a bad coach, but because the team is still learning how to win consistently and that every single game in B1G play requires urgency. That said, I wouldn’t be surprised that we could follow up a potential NW loss with a MSU win. As we’ve learned, many of these guys aren’t afraid to play at the Breslin center. Whether that scenario plays out or not, going 2-3 in that stretch will be a huge success, but 1-3 is a very likely outcome (and we shouldn’t freak out if this happens).

That is definitely how it feels. I’ve resulted to just spitting in a bottle because i don’t want to deal with swallowing it and it’s grossing everybody out. Haha. Unfortunately the strep test came back negative - I just need to wait it out. Hang in there @mrflynn03. The lack of sleep is almost the worst part.

I’m definitely hearing that right now. Monday - daughter tested positive Tuesday - Wife has symptoms, tests negative with rapid, test negative with PCR Thursday - I have exact same symptoms as wife and test negative on at home rapid. Think I just have heat she has, but still get a PCR to be safe. Saturday morning - my PCR comes back positive. Hmmm? My wife takes my son to get test because school wanted him to as he’s a close exposure. My wife figures that she might as well get another. Sunday - My wife’s PCR comes back positive this time. My son is still negative. Overall, my daughter just had a fever on day 1 and a mild runny nose the rest of the week. That was it. My wife had cold like symptoms and feels better today. Me? Hell, I’m getting crushed. I only have a sore throat but it is the worst sore throat I’ve had in my life. It feels like I’m swallowing razors and can’t sleep because I keep choking on my spit. I’m waiting to call the doctor (7 more minutes until they open) because I noticed white spots in my throat and think I may have strep. If true, I guess we call this Streprona and I want to get those antibiotics into me ASAP.

Minnesota had a chance, but had some very bad offensive decisions at the end.

Me too. I’m confined to the basement with a wicked sore throat. That win made it feel a little better though.

If that happens, hold on to your butts. That MSU game will be huge.
