BassmanIU
SIAP...Arkansas RB Chase Hayden will visit Bloomington 3/27. He's a grad transfer who will be eligible for 2020 and have 2 years of eligibility remaining. https://n.rivals.com/news/grad-transfer-rb-chase-hayden-sets-officials-to-houston-indiana-tennessee
BobSaccamanno
Looks good. I don’t necessarily see him as a replacement for James, more like Walker. He’s been an all purpose back. He’d be a good get for us. He’d have a role.
BassmanIU
I agree...he wouldn't be a feature back but it's always nice to bolster the stable especially once we enter the conference schedule.
btownqb
340th ranked player coming out of HS He had really nice numbers as a FR. He's a UT legacy, so might be hard to pull him from there, but they bring back their top 3 running backs.. including the FR that was on fire late last year. I don't really see UT as making sense for this kid... unless he simply wants to wear the jersey like his dad. Houston has their top rusher returning, but nothing other than that. You would think it'd be down to us and Houston... seems like we could really get this kid. After watching film... he and Ronnie Walker would be a wash. btownqb
Also... he only played in 7 games as a FR before he had a season ending injury. So he was on pace for about 600 yards and 7 TDs as a FR.

No clue if this visit was scheduled first or after or chicken/egg....but this paints a better picture for my eyes now. Hope we land this kid. If not someone is out there still for us to find. Hard to argue with our RB success over the last several years.
