Been saying for weeks XJ needs to penetrate, not settle, and get to the hole. I don’t buy the whole “the lane is clogged with bigs” argument. When he penetrates have TJD slide down to the baseline for the bounce pass. This is middle school stuff.

I had an epiphany the other day: I love sandwiches. I could eat 'em breakfast, lunch, dinner. Deli meat and cheese makes for a delicious meal BUT isn't nutritionally the best, unfortunately. My dreams were dashed. I asked my nutritionist wife-to-be if a sandwich with absolutely delicious french bread (or whatever equivalent you choose) and then hummus, veggies, and greens would still be nutritious (as opposed to some flavorless cardboard nutrigrain bread or whatever). The verdict: the bread ain't great, but the veggies and greens more than make up for it. I've been eating veggie sandwiches on take-and-bake french bread from Kroger for three weeks and it's effing incredible. Boar's Head has a sweet garlic hummus that is YOWZA good as flavor too.

why don't we ever play Durr with TJD? Let TJD go to work on someone his own size or, if they cross-match Kofi back onto TJD, Durr will have someone way too small for him. On defense, same thing - and it keeps TJD out of foul trouble. Woody is a smart guy who has been in this game longer than I've been alive, so I'm sure there is a reason.

I think Woodson is a good coach. He's probably not the best in the entire country, but he's good. Seeing how he has this team performing makes it all the more clear how far Archie was in over his head. I wanted to love Archie. I was blinded by the desire to WANT to like him, because he represents everything I want in a coach, except one crucial aspect: winning games.

Honestly, the real key is that different folks like different things. If I were casually tuning into a game, I would love Walton. Just like I loved the Manning Cast on MFN for a game I didn't care about (beyond my fantasy team disappointing me again). The beauty of the Manning Cast was that it was alternative programming, not the main show, so you could still get your normal broadcast elsewhere. CBB isn't popular enough (well, nothing really is except the NFL) to make sense to simulcast like that, but it would be great IMO.
