If I were guessing without knowing the rankings. Sparty moves up in NET rankings because of how they beat Indiana St...but once again lost another game to an obviously inferior opponent in Indiana. Shoot that's probably a good loss for them. Is that like 4 of 5 losses for Sparty down the stretch with 2 coming at home? I can hear it now. Sparty is a tough, tough out come tourney time.

All the respect in the world. I just disagree but you already know that. Coach Woodson will learn...he was trying to develop players in November and December against lesser teams. Unfortunately he has to keep his starters in (and worry about the folks that complain about dead legs come March) and run up the score. I get it. So do you. I also think the not every win/loss stuff is a phrase that fits a position to justify the metrics. Again...I get it. Just don't agree. Just glad to see the Hoosiers get a W again. Hopefully everyone is happy with that.

They have 1 or maybe 2 quad 1 wins. Darn numbers don't work the way we want sometimes because ISU should definitely be in.

Such a microcosm of our season. Phenomenal play and not. Up 16 with Trey on the court....and that 4 minute stretch at end of first half had me just going here we go...but glad to battle back. Ware is just a beast...with the softest touch I've seen from a big in awhile. Great win and we keep coming. Even with all of the noise from our fans. Good for the kids to go out that way. Who knows? If Illinois wins our path isn't that challenging next week. We did all of that with I think 17 turnovers....and I'll say it once again. If Sparty is firmly in because of NET rankings and we continue to be 70 spot difference those rankings are worth as much as a newspaper subscription....and that comes from a guy who uses data all day everyday. Go Hoosiers!

I've never been on that site and don't plan on it but I certainly can understand the approach as a bridge to 25 class that we are deeply involved in. Hopefully whoever posted is legit but it makes sense to me.

If we win today and Illinois beats Iowa we would have the 6 seed...and that path would be winner of Penn St/Michigan, Northwestern, and Illinois....not the worst path in the world in BTT. Go Hoosiers! Good chance to end season on 4 game winning streak with confidence headed into BTT. Despite the season and all it's challenges 10-10 in conference play isn't a dumpster fire season.

I know I wasn't happy about Peacock when the season was announced but I have to admit...for $20 for the year or $5.99 per month if you didn't get Black Friday deal it's a really good buy. I bought it for hoops but the PGA Coverage, Indy Car, and honestly some really good older shows/movies. It's won me over. I'll have it forever at these prices.

Trust me. I've been talking off and on to the bottom of the Coors Light bottle going on 17 or so years....tremendous Coach and his kids PLAY HARD all the time. I like watching their team when a shot goes up. You have 3-4 dudes attacking the board.

My one friend up here. Does pretty well during the week but he's got 5 kids in college at same time (blended marriage) and he heads to Bloomington for Football and Basketball nights. Stopped doing it in football about halfway through the season....and stopped in Mid-January. Just said the numbers didn't justify it anymore.

Fishers beats the crap out of Kokomo...in a very pro Kokomo crowd. 8500+ is just pretty darn cool.

On the subject of ticket sales or not going to games,etc....it's literally pennies on the dollar if even pennies. Now the optics are one thing if they show a half empty place (IF that happens) but in terms of revenue....what the TV deals pay the universities is all that matters. Honestly the only people who are hurt on gameday financially in basketball are the servers at bars/restaurants and maybe Uber/Lyft drivers. Possibly some hotels if it's a weekend game.

Happy to Sherron Wilkerson and Jeffersonville get their first Regional in a long time....stinks it's at Pat Graham's expense but oh well. Cool for SW. Long time coming.

Houston lighting Kansas up...

We do 3 charity golf tournaments in the summer and fall...and no matter what IU hoops tickets always raise good $. Part of my comment is joking but part is very serious. For the season ticket owners on here wanting to part ways with tickets next year keep me posted.

For the fans who have season tickets on here and are going to give up on team next year and not go to games. please message me. Will gladly take those off your hands next fall. Thanks!

Not to mention bias aside because I know his Mama.....but Trey has seemed to improve just a tad. People can debate all sides of things but not giving our staff any credit in the development of players is as idiotic as they say our staff is.

Because our Coach has 30 years experience of dealing with players who have been or looked for money in the NBA. He also knows this is it so motivation to make this work is high....but again I won't know the final answer until we know who is coming back. This doesn't have to be a hard fix if the right 3-4 guys come back.
