Can't keep getting stopped in the redzone. I like that we went wildcat on a play, I just wish we wouldn't have gone empty backfield. Everybody knows exactly what's going to happen at that point, and our OL can't win enough 1 on 1s to make that work.

We really need to punch this in. Make MSU play from behind and they might be a completely different team.

Enjoying our play calling so far. Quick throws to our best weapons. Playing with some tempo too. Great call on that 3rd down.

Almost my whole team is a lot like my draft choices...questionable.

Under Wilson it was Greg Frey. He's bounced around a lot since IU with not much success. I think those lines were pretty much all Wilson, and Frey just happened to benefit from it.

I think there's some talent there, but I think coaching is the big issue. We have quite a few guys who were decently sought after, but we're struggling to develop anybody individually, and we're struggling to get them to play together as a cohesive unit. Bedford had a lot of big schools after him towards the end of his recruitment. Carpenter was likely going to be the starting center for Michigan. Powell has a ton of experience, and has been in the program for 2 years. Jones keeps being talked up as wanting to go to the NFL, and he can't block anybody (obviously a huge part of that is the shape he's in, but he's not any better this year when he's 40 pounds lighter). With the talent and experience we have on the line, this should have been the year it starts clicking and coming together. It obviously hasn't so far, and unless there is a complete 180, Hiller needs to be out.

Meanwhile, I'm sitting around getting all the free drinks I want! They hope I'll never leave!

A guy in my other league has Jackson, Andrews, and Taylor. At halftime, he was projected to win by about 3 points. He's currently projected to win by 60 points. Crazy half.

In my dynasty league, I have Russell Wilson and Barkley. Barkley sprained his ankle and was carted to the locker room. Super deep at WR, TE, and IDP, but I don't have a single starting QB or RB on my bench. Might be about time to start tanking.
