I also love to grill & smoke food. I tend to think that most only grill out in the summer months. I use my smoker and outdoor griddle top year round. There is just something about the smell of grilling/smoking food and an ice cold Corona with lime and salt that is relaxing and perfect. CC, I’m interested in a rib recipe.... 😬 Also, if anyone has a good Smoked Salmon recipe that turned out good.

I remember when his reactions alone to players or officials would ignite the crowd making it nearly impossible to speak to the person next to you.
