  1. Agree... and... disagree. Never was a fan.
  2. Malik is just a tick slow footed.. (I do think he can become more than adequate there this offseason in the weight room)... but, that isn't his main issue defensively.. He opens up and tries to body guys too often rather than just be 6'9 and take a decent angle to cut someone off. Giving up contested 12fters is going to get us beat. Maybe don't let someone hit 2 in a row from there? But still.. I'm more than fine with giving up that kind of shot. He needs to be able to force a counter-move more regularly and then the best shot blocker in our program's history can usually alter or block those counter moves from the weakside.
  3. Watching the replay now.. Nice of OSU to give us a 6pt possession 🤣🤣🤣
  4. TJD’s 3.6 assists per game total would have led every IU player in any season from 2016-7 to 2019-20. (Stolen from another site)... TJD is avg 4.8 in conference play. That pretty well shows how poor our guard play was during those years.
  5. TJD is (before last night).. 2nd in pts, 1st in reb, 1st in blocks, and 4th in assists 🤣
  6. We need his ability to break down the defense, always, as well.
  7. That's pretty impressive playing half the season without our starting PG, JHS missed 2 games, TJD misses a couple, and obviously Race.
  8. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
  9. Kaleb Banks was solid. Added some things we haven't had from the 3.
  10. You're 6'6 and long CJ. Just stay straight up!
  11. Didn't someone post a graph how important a 10-0+ run was in ultimately winning a game? Love it
  12. The lines aren't technically what Vegas thinks they SHOULD be... The lines are there to try and get 50% of money on each side... House always wins.
  13. I would think Race could play 23 mins again. There were quite a few stoppages in play during the 2nd half too, when Race got the majority of his mins.
  14. Ohhh.. yep, great call on the missed charge. I do think.. from our bench/Yas vantage point... it would have been hard to tell if JG did or not... The complaint on that play really should have been WHO called the charge... it was the official next to Minnesotas bench (shocker!).. he had an awful view(the Minnesota defenders backside).. It WASNT the official who was positioned PERFECTLY under the baseline. those are the types of things with officials that drive me up a wall. That same official, I believe was the one who missed JHS getting hit on the drive to the rim... he was also the one who COMPLETELY missed JHS drive when they called a foul and he wasn't touched. Thompsons 4th.
