I doubt Russia would retaliate by nuking a city. Russia and probably China too would melt our power grid with an EMP strike. Would be far more devastating.

Taiwan is more concerning to me. If China takes Taiwan it will show our allies we are useless and won't defend them. I really see the US just giving up Taiwan if it comes to that.

I think people put too much stock in the transfer portal. What do you get? Graduate transfers and guys that sat on the bench. It's just as much as a toss up as getting top flight kids out of high school Jesus Christobol, Woody hasn't even finished his first season. That isn't always true. My old workplace had a violence and drug policy. I witnessed several fights, and one guy overdosed on heroine in the parking lot. None of them got fired.
