Good write up, thanks for your contribution to IU coverage!
Obviously this guy can pick anywhere he wants to play, and there is a lot of time for him to decide. Does anyone know if we are a legitimate option or is he just giving polite consideration to in-state schools?
IU is legit. So is Purdue. I think both schools would be very concerned if/when Notre Dame offers.

Two Indianapolis point guards (Tayshawn Comer - Cathedral and Leland Walker - North Central) are on the radar. D'Ante Davis (F - Lawrence Central) is another Indianapolis kid that has been down to Bloomington. Have a decent working list here.

Thank you, I appreciate that very much.

Q&A with Duncomb here on a wide range of topics including his impression of playing with AAU teammate Trey Kaufman.

Just offered today out of PA, he is a 6-7 wing forward that averaged 20 and 10 in his sophomore year. Fun fact, but he plays at the same school that Mike Roberts played for.
Several former Hoosiers played at this school, most recently Noah Vonleh.
Here are some highlights and a bit more info. By all indications a guy whose recruitment is about to blow up.

But is he the next Damon Bailey?
That's what will get 80 pages of comments. 😀
He is shorter and weighs less than the next Damon Bailey, but will be a guest of the program tomorrow. That should tell you what the staff thinks.

Westfield H.S. Will be a guest tomorrow. Just 5-10 but putting up good numbers against good competition. A bit more background here.

All 3 of the guys coming in seem to have very strong desire to improve, compete, and win. That mentality alone will help change the culture of the program even if they don't up being All-B10 players.
It is a long wait for that to translate and make an impact at the high major level, but I definitely agree with that. Archie is clearly looking for competitors.

You mean we would have to take someone like Galloway instead of someone like Ethan Morton. Oh no, what will we do?
If the byproduct of Morton going to Purdue is that IU gets Trey Galloway, then for my money that was a win for Indiana.

New IU offer recipient Jordan Geronimo's name couldn't be more ironic in light of his meteoric rise.

Thanks for not publishing his address. Maybe you could text a few of your comrades and ask them why in the world they thought this was a good idea.
I am guessing that somewhere in a journalist's training it says that it is public record and thus you should publish it. In my opinion there is always room for basic human decency to prevail. Hell, if someone cannot do it for coach Knight, then do it for the neighbors.

Archie didn't offer anyone in the 2020 class until 2018. He only offered 2021 five stars Clarke and Lander in the spring/summer of 2018. So this 2022 offer in 2019 is clearly a statement.
