Definitely a winnable game. I’m encouraged. Make the subs in a more gradual way, and there’s a chance. Glad for Bates. Maybe that will wake him up

I don’t have all the answers for a starting lineup, but i feel like Kopp and Stewart should be interchangeable. Together, if they are not hitting, they are pretty useless.

I’m not going to give up on this team. But, we could be in for another frustrating year. Just not there yet. My only real criticism of CMW is the really long stretches in the first half of almost every game where the bench comes in for entirely too long. I think CMW needs that opportunity to learn the flow of the college game again. This team still has a lot to learn on the mental aspect of the game. Maybe some of the current rostee never will. CMW needs the same courtesy that we offered Archie and Crean to instill his system and his players. Like before, it could turn out to be a trial run that doesn’t work out. Not ready to make that call just yet. Frustrating day for sports, but we’ll suit up and try again next time

Hate to say that making the tournament is going to be a struggle, at least the way things look now. Feeing very pessimistic. Darn those Raiders for ruining the day.

Love the comeback and the defense but hate that it had to take falling behind by 9. Can’t start off like that in places like Mackey.

Prior to the last game, CMW “announced” that RP would be the PG option (back up)moving forward. KL did not get any time vs Nebraska and had his warm-ups on the whole game. He also did not even get out of warm-ups at all last night, and CMW said he wasn’t even an “option “ or something to that effect. Is it possible that KL could be in some kind of trouble for breaking some kind of internal policy? Or maybe nursing an injury that is being kept on the down low? Seems like it is disciplinary vs based on ability to me.

My last rant of the night- no more Race Thompson shooting 3’s. And I agree with whoever said the Durr “travel” went from an AND-1 to taking points off the board- truly a momentum killer. Game changer. Soul Crusher. I hate Wisconsin. But as the great Farmer Fran once said: “We live to play another day.” GO IU

I know these are young guys. And I don’t want to berate them. I also think that Coach is learning the college ropes. But I am surprised that besides the flaws in his game, XJ also has a bad attitude and seems to be one play away from a technical at any time. Am I the only one seeing this?

Coach needs to learn he can’t leave the starters out for almost 7 minutes. It may have given them rest, but possibly killed the momentum. XJ- he has a lot to prove to me before I jump on his bandwagon again.

X needs to grow up. I know many of you think he is our 2nd best player, and may he right. But there is a lot of maturity that is lacking.

Not worried about the no call against Kopp. Long way to go before we would break even in that place. Love to see the 3 ball being a weapon at IU again!!

I like how it feels multiple players can make big plays on this team. Could be special.
