I think it’s a combination of all of this. I also think that Collier might not have planned on stepping down just yet but LaVall fell on his face and he doesn’t want to be the one to show him the door so he’s going to let the new AD do that.

The new rumor with Butler is that things have been held up because it’s involving a possible succession plan for someone to take over for Collier as AD at some point as well. Supposedly April 1st is the date to watch.

It’s still likely one of the 2 is back. TJD’s real draft stock won’t be known for a while. If he’s not a for sure first rounder he could be back. He knows he’s approaching IU legend status especially with a tournament run. TJD could impact Race. If they both stay that could impact JG but I don’t think that happens.

If they wanted Lewis he would’ve known. It sounds like they’ve had this decision made for a while but there’s some contractual dates that have held things up to not happen sooner. No chance.

There was talk Duncomb would be leaving but that doesn’t seem likely right now. Plus the TJD and Race situation was a factor for Durr. It was likely he wasn’t going to be more than a bench player again.

What is your position on the situation? You made some statements but didn’t explain your position at all or go into any detail.

If there’s anyone else brought in they’ll be a combo guard. I don’t see another true PG with the holes on the roster that need to be filled.

What is your deal? IU won’t be adding another PG as long as Johnson comes back. It’ll be him and JHS.
