Pritchard made a great deal. It was the right move to make getting a possible franchise player in Haliburton. Sabonis wasn’t a franchise player.

The Pacers are clearly rebuilding or reshaping the roster around younger players. Warren doesn't fit that mold and is on an expiring contract. They are likely shopping him to see if they can get a team to take his contract so that they can have his bird rights in FA this summer in return for a pick or a younger player.

Their boosters are handing out some serious cash for the football program right now to help Mario get things turned around.

That’s correct. They do have some talented young players and expiring contracts that they would be dealing. Deni Avdija, Rui Hachimura, and Cory Kispert would be names to watch for if a deal with them materializes. I think they may get better offers from other teams though.

Blow it up. Trade Sabonis, Turner, Holliday, Lamb, and Craig if possible. If nobody will take Lamb then keep him and open up some more salary when his contract runs out after this year or look to buy him out.

This is accurate. Then again ND fans aren’t very smart. I’ve been reading their 247 board because of Miami coming after their OC. He turned Miami down and now their fans are freaking out because he even listed to them lol.

He wants an opportunity to be a head coach and the best chance of that is in college. Promotions from position coaches in the NFL are slow. In college you can move up the chain quickly. That’s why he came back. Even if he stays at ND which I expect I don’t know that he’ll be there longer than a couple years before he gets an OC or HC opportunity someplace.

ND hired Gerard Parker from WVU to be their TE coach. The other 2 names that got mentioned were Tom Brewster and Nick Sheridan. No Kevin Wright. So we don’t have to worry about him getting poached by ND.

I’m not so sure about that. They have a ton of TE coaches clamoring for that job. There could be interest but I don’t think he’s one of the top targets for them.

IU has backed off of Johnson. He won’t be coming to IU
