IU’s staff decided to focus on Cupps and Little over Fears. They have stayed in contact with him some but he’s almost certainly not coming to Indiana.

It sure has. Rob is broken offensively. There is no flow with him running the point. As for Lander he was pretty good defensively last night besides the fouls and the offense was much better. He needs to keep getting minutes in order to develop. You don't develop by sitting on the bench especially when the guy in front of you isn't producing especially against more athletic teams. Rob does fine against slower teams than Saint Johns.

If teams up their offers it's possible.

That sounds accurate. His number of visits was very telling. He just wanted to see a Mike Woodson team play in person and he liked what he saw.

I don’t know about that. IU is all in on Little too and Cupps is well aware of that. Now he is bigger so he could play as a 2 as well so that could be a factor.

According to Ken Rosenthal it sounds like the Reds might be holding onto Castillo. They've looked at offers and haven't gotten what they've wanted to this point.

Cupps was always likely to pop before Booker. He's had his narrowed down for a while and just wanted to see the teams play. Walsh and Ya have done a fantastic job with Cupps and his dad really likes what Woodson and his staff are doing at IU.

There's talk that's floating around similar to how there was with Newton.

So Cupps could be making an announcement very soon. Possibly tomorrow

That’s not a good comparison. He’s a PG that can shoot. Hulls was a SG. They are very different players. Some people in Ohio have compared him to Craft with a jumper. I personally think he might fit the Gillespie/Arcidiacono mold from Villanova better. I know the “they are all white” comments will be coming but those are just the most logical comps I seen.

Didn't make it to the game. Got stuck in traffic on the way there so he is planning on visiting for another game here soon.

He just visited UVA and loves Bennett. I thinks that's a VERY real possibility.
