  1. Notre Dame is trying to hang around today down 2-1. They've run themselves out of a few innings but I think being aggressive on the basepaths is the right move as they'll need a few breaks today. Feels like UT could break it open at any moment.

Regardless of the outcome, I've been extremely impressed with Notre Dame. They should have hosted, no question.

I just have zero clue about NDs pitching. Some have said they have plenty of arms left.. but, if Beam, Burns, and Walsh pitch well... can they match that? That's the if, right?

    Again.. I have no clue.

That place will be bumping tomorrow.

Big start by Sunny D. 2-0 War eagle

Not too familiar with ND either, but whatever they have is lesser than Tennessee for sure.

Now 4-2 Beavers. That sure happened quickly.

Its so good. 3 SEC teams can clinch CWS tomorrow w/one already there.

Auburn.. hasn't thrown a pitch yet haha

So weird how some of these are set up. Also not sure why that game didn't start at 7pm ET. Crazy there is this long between games.

Go Tigers. Really like their coach Butch Thompson.

Great day and response from Tennessee. Amazing that they simply didn't miss a beat without their best player in the lineup. Think the Vols roll tomorrow.

Looks like Bobby will be back. Which is huge.

Struggled some late-- hit .285 2HR 33RBIs 22/25 stealing bags.

Awesome! Having a veteran presence is huge in this sport. If the new pitching is anywhere close to being as advertised, IU should be back in the mix next season.

SEC flexed its muscle this weekend. 5 teams moving on and 3 others came within a run (Vandy, LSU, UF).

4 teams-- Tennessee, Ole Miss, TexAM, and Auburn didn't lose a game.

Yep, and four teams from the SEC West too. Playing at Miami, it's amazing how dated their facility appeared compared to the ones in the SEC. If partial scholarships are eliminated in baseball, I would have to think that would only widen the competitive gap between the SEC and the field.

Did you end up making it to Starkville for the UT series?

AZ wins. Idk what the pitching looks like for either team.

AZ/Ole Miss (AZ gotta win twice) 12pm

    Lou/Mich 6pm

    UNC/VCU 6pm

    Maryland/UCONN

    Vandy/ORST

    Ark/OKST

    LSU/USM

    ECU/CCU

    Tex St/Stanford

    UF/OKLA

(Aub is up big on UCLA in an elim game)

Tennessee, VT, ND, Aub, TexAM, Texas have advanced. (within 3 inning)

SEC has a chance to have 8 teams in the supers. If Ole Miss wins they will be at UNC/VCU btw... they'll have a lot of people with them regardless.

Ole Miss will start with its Sunday starter, Derek Diamond. Should have plenty of options out of the bullpen. Not sure about Arizona. I know they have thrown their three weekend starters to this point.

If Ole Miss wins, they will be headed to Southern Miss or LSU. Mike Bianco has a son on LSU and it would only be about the third most compelling storyline if that matchup came to pass.

I can't get over how silly it is that highly-ranked teams who haven't lost yet are the visiting teams on their own fields.

Yes, I'm still bitter about how one of our best teams ever went down on a walkoff home run in our own stadium.

The rain delays killed IU back in 2014 as well.
