Wild game in Orlando. Ole Miss hit a 3 run homer to go up 3-2. UCF then responds by scoring 4 with two outs to go up 6-3. Ole Miss then responds with back to back solo shots.

    6-5 UCF.

Make that back to back to back.

6-6. Game is on ESPN+ if anyone is interested.

Rebs go deep again to take an 8-6 lead.

Too many poorly located pitches. Plus one baddd error. Just awfully timed error.

Fortunately those are some things that can be fixed. The good news is that IU wasn't outclassed and could easily take the next two games.

    Baylor/UCLA- noon - MLBN

    LSU/OU-4pm- MBLN

    UT/UT- 8pm- MLBN

Maryland/Michigan (playing an out of conference game in SC today)

TCU/Kentucky kick off a series this weekend- SECN

    ILL/ND today in MN BTN+

    Coastal/UNC- 3 game set - ACCN

    UF/Miami in a 3 game set- ACCN

I guess I mentioned some of these in a tweet earlier. Michigan plays ECU tomorrow and that game will be on ESPN+.

Great rundown! The Michigan/Maryland game is a part of the Keith LeClair Classic at ECU. Great event as Hoosier fans know.

Really interested to see how Tennessee's offense fares against Longhorn pitching. LSU has an unbelievable lineup too, especially with Jacob Berry following Jay Johnson from Tuscon to Baton Rouge.

  5. #2 Ole Miss is now 8-0. Of the 8 games, they've scored double digit runs in the last 7. 5 of the 8 games have been shortened due to the run rule. It's really making it hard to get our pitchers the work needed when we keep losing innings to the run rule. I guess there's worse circumstances out there. I have concerns about the starting pitching rotation but the lineup is relentless and probably the deepest in the country.

My day has absolutely been made.

Whatever perceived missteps the administration has made with regards to men's basketball, the opposite is true for the baseball program. They've created an excellent atmosphere, made tremendous coaching hires, and invested in facilities. No excuses for the fanbase to not be fired up about the direction of this program.

    Oh yes. Absolutely.

Idk if everyone knew of not, but the Clemson series... those announcers are actually Clemson radio guys and synced them with the video feed. ESPN did that is.

I wish the B1G did that. The B1G uses students because it's a student production and I get it, but it's not an overall good product.

Last night they said a ball hit to center was hit to "midfield".. and they also called runs "points".... plus they called EVERY pitch a fastball.

I watch just about every Ole Miss game on ESPN+. We are extremely lucky in this regard. There's a rotating group of professionals that do play by play and the color guy is usually a former Ole Miss player. Some are more entertaining than others but all of them are knowledgeable about the game and the Ole Miss program.

    Springfield MO for the weekend

    Fri 4pm ESPN+ and radio

    Sat 3pm ESPN+ and radio

Sun 2pm (radio only, I believe)

Weather is suppose to be gorgeous 70 and sunny on Friday, 65 and overcast on Sat and rain on Sunday. IMO there is probably a pretty good chance we play a DH on Saturday. I could be wrong though.

MO ST comes in 3-4. So we will see. They are an excellent program though. 3 supers appearances.

They play in a gorgeous ballpark. Double A affiliate of the Cardinals. Seats 8K and has standing room for another 2K.

Beautiful park. IU has seen some of the best college baseball facilities already this season. Also got to love having so many games on ESPN+. Quality is excellent and so many games to choose from.

Tennessee has road series @Miss St, @Ole Miss, @Vandy, and @UF lol that's nutty. Plus they play Texas, Baylor, and Oklahoma this weekend. Home series include Georgia, Bama, South Carolina, Auburn. Unreal.

They have an incredibly difficult schedule and DON'T play Arkansas and LSU. Nuts.

They have series against #2, #5, #9, #14, and #15. And as I mentioned, Arkansas #3 and LSU #7, they aren't playing them this season.

Crazy schedule for the Vols. That's the nature of the beast in the SEC. Only gets tougher when Texas and Oklahoma join.

The imbalanced conference schedules aren't great though in the SEC. My Ole Miss Rebels miss weekend series this season against Vandy, Florida, and Georgia. They really need to be able to lock in a top 8 national seed with this schedule. Getting a Super Regional in Oxford would go a long way towards getting back to Omaha.
