Have any of our offensive linemen came back from the portal?

I hate losing Howland an Sorsby. I thought both were are couple of our bright spots, but if they don’t want to be here then they should go! 
We only won 3 Big Ten games in the last Three years so we can’t get much worse! I say come on Coach CCC, bring in the players you think you need from JMU and let’s get this program moving forward! 

Why can’t we found shooters! Think what Ware could be if we had some shooters

I’m not as in tone as some of you appear to be. Are there any IU players in the portal that we feel will comeback to IU?

I hope he does! I liked Sorsby. He was getting better each game! I think he would be a really good QB next year! 

Since it sounds like we are bring back our offensive line coach. I hope the offensive linemen in the portal comeback! 

I would hope that all our players that entered the Portal already would consider talking to the new coach and comeback! 
If not then so long let’s move on an GO IU! 

It’s not like we have had much  success hiring new coaches in the past. I would think the biggest thing to look at is that ability of the new coach to understand the works of a Power Five program. 
His ability to hire first rate coordinators and asst. 

I like Tom Herman because he has won at the Power five level. He was fired at Texas when he had a winning record, just not the record they wanted! We would love to have his record at IU! I hope we can get him! 
Not exited to try another promising Coordinator to be our Head Coach! 
 

Tom Herman would be a nice hire! Whomever it is he will has to fill some serious work in the portal. 

So I’m not up on who’s all up to possibility replace Coach Allen, but I agree unless your in the process it’s a crap shoot! The things I’d like to see in our new coach. 
1. head coaching experience 

2.young an enthusiastic bring some energy 

3 can he recruit an develop players

4. I like an offensive mined Coach, but can he get a quality defensive coordinator!

Great being to the game from the two worse teams in the league! 

I remember hearing once that coach Wilson had said! If he knew how empty the IU roaster was of over all talent he won’t have taken the job. 
I think we are getting in that situation again. We have some players ,but the over all talent isn’t there. 
So my point is what coach wants to walk into that. My guess is an unproven coach trying to move up to the Big Ten level. 
So what’s our choice to stay with CTA one more year or take a chance on another unproven coach and start looking for Moral victories again. 
if we stay with CTA we know will come close ,but not win. If we try someone new we’re looking at 5 or 6 years of trying to figure out if we’re getting better! What do we do ! That’s the 20 million dollar question! 

One more week an it’s over Thank God! I guess we will find out who the worse team in the Big Ten is next week Purdue or Indiana! How sad is that! 
Hey at least Tom Allen has this teams back! He just doesn’t have any answers! 

What is IU paying for Big Ten wins these last 4 years about 5 million a win? It’s not just Allen’s salary we got some high priced coordinators that haven’t done much either!

No they missed a call so what! Our Defense missed several tackles! Though out the game. Fumbled back a ball after we intercepted! Refs did neither of those

I don’t think Coach Allen get bought out this year either. To expensive and it’s not they can’t come up with the money, they don’t want to give the money up. 
I like the ideal of, let’s go get really good asst coaches a coordinators! Spend that money for top recruiters. Fill up NIL pot get some players. 
As frustrated as I get I’m still hopelessly a Hoosier fan in all sports! 
Coach Allen, needs to hold his coordinator’s accountable. Maybe he is ,but why wasn’t the defense ready to play Illinois. We know what we needed to do to go bowling. The Defense lays an egg. This can’t happen! 

It just gets so frustrating to keep losing these type of game! 

You would think we could hold it together just once!
