Knight took Good basketball players and made them very good players and then recruited some very good athletes and made them great basketball players. We used to recruit them all the time. Knight recruited these kids all the time. We stopped and started recruiting athletes and have been doing it now for 22 years. One thing I will give crean. He had one or two classes where he recruited these kids and thats the last time we were worth a damn.

He should not be on the floor until he has that under control.

The big ten is just ugly basketball for the most part. This game was out of control in the first five minutes. State provoked our players and the refs blamed the Hoosiers. exactly what Sleezo was asking out of them. The officiating in the big ten is by and large why the conference struggles in the tournament. No rhythm at all in this game. Recruit a few good athletes but above all recruit work ethic and basketball players.

The culture in and around the men's basketball program at IU is and has been rank and afoul for 27 years. So much so it's going to take Three very good coaches to fix it. We have to get players that will give and do whatever it takes to win. A coaching staff that will set expectations and hold each and every player accountable to uphold those expectations. Sounds like we have a coach that will do that. Now we need to get rid of the media. mainly speaking of the Indy star. What a bunch of bitches they have covering our program up there.

This past week taught us as fans the true identity of Hoosier basketball this season. We are a good team that when we play up to our capabilities can beat anyone in the country. For season one with a new coach and some new players. I will take that. Our goal this year get back to the dance.
