IU in the mix for Nix?

I have watched the Wisc game twice now. TJD missed some early shots and was getting doubled hard by bigger players. Some bad traits resurfaced. Just like last year at times when this happens, he runs and hides. If we are going to run an offense through the post he has to be aware when this happens kick it out quick. quit pounding rocks in the paint. Guards must make themselves available moving to the open area in his vision. Probably not practiced enough or doesn't seem to be. Not playing Lander was the one thing Woody didn't try and that was and easy target for people that just like to point fingers and make the air toxic. As a coach I would have tried everything at my disposal in that last seven minutes. Maybe Lander is not performing? Maybe Woody sees a very high ceiling and is saying we cant win with mistakes? Was Lander the issue no. It was TJD. He has done this for two years now. Off night or a tough night he wants to disappear sometimes. Everyone remember the blowup in the huddle last year. He was being challenged and didn't like it.

Woodson has buried Lander at the end of the bench for two games because the of the turnover he had at the end of the game against the cues. XJ RP and TB all sucked last night. I guess my point is why is he trying to make a point with Lander when the entire group of gaurds have a been a turn over waiting to happen. Did Leal even shoot a shot?

What todays IU players need to understand and adapt to. Other big ten players and schools do not love you. They all pretty much hate you for wearing that IU jersey. Not just other schools but also commentators across the Big and the country. Go back and listen to the tone of Revsine and Bartow in the first half when IU was dominating and then listen to the tone when IU was sucking in the second half. Hell they were blatantly rooting for the badgers. These players need to find the bad ass in them and develop the us against the world mentality. Other schools and people get great joy from an IU loss. Time to become the Grinch and steel and take away their joy.

The O line and the offense was horrible all year. They absolutely wore the D down by the first six games. best players on both sides injured and our weaknesses were revealed and magnified for all to take advantage of, and they did! Hopefully we get a OC that will stick around for more than a year. First year DC second year bad OC coupled with injuries was the perfect storm. I for one can not stand big ten analyst Dave Revsine. Talks about all of the big teams having close calls. How it was a positive for teams early in the year and then comes to IU and says only won by six and they just expected so much more. Who expected so much more? Really first year coach new offense new defense. We won you dip shit from Illinois who is also a Northwestern grad. We know most of you talking heads can't stand IU. What a fricking moron.
