  1. How can they possibly enforce that?
  2. Yeah I've noticed that here. We were going to take the kids to the playground this morning for the first time this year but when we got there it was packed and far less than half of the adults were wearing masks. We left.
  3. Indiana Code TITLE 35. Criminal Law and Procedure ARTICLE 44.1. OFFENSES AGAINST GENERAL PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION CHAPTER 2. Interference with General Government Operations 35-44.1-2-6. 4. Yep. Both parties are equally guilty of political grandstanding from my experience. It's not like you're John Roberts on the USSC and you can vote with the Democrats knowing damn well that Trump and the Republicans can't doing anything about it.
  5. Yes but this is Monroe County. Maybe the most liberal county in Indiana. I'm sure the prosecutor has been under tremendous pressure to bring charges...no matter what. Very similar to the Duke lacrosse case. You can bring charges and possibly lose your job or you can not bring charges and definitely lose your job. But it's possible they know something none of us do.
  6. When I interned at a prosecutor's office I was always taught that you never bring charges unless you believe you can prove it beyond a reasonable doubt even if you really think the accused is guilty. From what I've seen I don't see how they could ever get a conviction.
  7. Yes but only an idiot says he pounded a whole 12 pack. Just say you had a couple.
  8. Very smart on his part admitting that to the authorities.
  9. Well that settles it. It is going to be fun tonight.
  10. More importantly "always have dirt on everyone."
  11. When I first started working I got this advice from a senior attorney when it comes to jobs/employers. "Trust no one and always have dirt on everyone."
  12. Yeah RMK must have been in a really good mood when he said that.
  13. What do you expect from people that chose a profession that is maybe one or two steps above prostitution?
  14. I'm sure Lemon and Maddow are working on the corrections as we speak. The truth will all come out tonight. Fear not.
  15. Well that's funny. Reading through this thread there's probably only one person who I can tell by his posts which way he leans politically. Hmm...
  16. Because they want to create the unrest as this video illustrates perfectly. That is the whole goal here. I'd bet you almost anything that Booker got exactly what he wanted.
  17. I give people the benefit of the doubt unless there's a reason not. Bookers story had more holes than swiss cheese from the get go. Plus he's an activist with a history of seeking out this type of event. How the media didn't see this as a hoax immediately is just beyond belief to me.
  18. Sounds like Booker started taking swings exactly as I speculated. Classic case of self defense.
  19. Talk about stupid. https://www.foxnews.com/us/texas-hospital-died-covid-party
  20. You shouldn't I would think. And of the people dying of COVID what percent of them are old or very unhealthy? Millions die in this country every year, right? Of the people dying are these people those that likely didn't have much time left even if they never got COVID?
