And Namath was on Brady Bunch, that’s where I first remember seeing him.
This is what I remember him for.

I wish I could think this way honestly. Besides the moving up as you mentioned....there's absolutely no NFL GM (besides ours) that would have taken Mitch over Deshaun. It was that easy of a call.
Still no one will ever be as incompetent as Grigson. Luck would probably still be playing and Indy would have another SB if he had the slightest clue as to what he was doing.

Would you take Matt Nover?
As long as I don't have to give his dad a tractor and him a bag of cash.

as usual, totally agree. people always say rankings don't matter, and i get it... sometimes they are way off. that said 35-80 ranked guys any day of the week! politics some times play into where they get jumbled, potential, etc, etc., but it sounds like we're landing almost all of that 80-130 range right now. sure 1 or 2 are fine, but give me at least a couple in the 15-35 range an the rest in 35-80. no, i don't want Cal's group of all 5 star guys (or at least don't expect it!). i agree with the other poster that said it's about how they fit together and play together, but talent does matter!
I'm no expert but I would almost bet the farm that the schools that are consistently elite (Duke, UK, UNC, Kansas, etc) consistently have top recruiting classes. I'm sure that is no giant coincidence.

Just getting in front of the screen again. Phenomenal pickup and momentum continues for Archie and IU. 6'9 Center who can use both hands and has range to 16 or so? One of the best Centers in the Midwest.
Regarding that Nick's guy tweet....his original tweet and subsequent follow up in replies makes zero sense. He said that TK plays the 4 and LD plays 5 but they'll never play together? Seems like what Gleas said...attention grab because everyone else has said crystal ball is 100% for Trey to IU.
Great job by our staff.
Yeah we agree there. He may end up being right but I think Nick is blowing out his ass.

Further elaborate? I thought he recruits east coast well? I feel like if he leaves we lose East coast ties.
East coast? Who are all these east coast guys we've landed?

Are there ever times we dont want multiple top 50 big men?
We always want them but don't necessarily need them. We seriously need them in that class unless you're suggesting that Trayce is back as a junior. Highly unlikely.

LOL...props for your consistency. You keep the forum interesting.
I've consistently said we need multiple top 50 big men in the 2021 class. I've been right way more than I've been wrong over the years.

Feels like a broken record, doesn't it?
"Miss on ___________ and Archie is introuble/lost all recruiting momentum."
"Must-win game. If Archie loses this, his set will get very warm/the fanbase will turn against him."
Yeah let's all bet the season on Race holding down the fort by himself. It's like the Pat Ewing Jr days all over again.

There’s already a big debate raging on Kaufman thread about him not coming to IU
Miss on Kaufman and Archie is in serious trouble IMO. He needs 2 impact big men for 2021 and Logan isn't one of them.

Welcome aboard. Not sure how good he is but he definitely fills a major need. Had offers from OSU, Wisconsin, Xavier, and Stanford.

I'm not unsympathetic to the plight of individuals at all, but we'd better balance this out or it'll be worse than having the pandemic run its course unabated...
Doesn't surprise me. What do they expect people to do when they're stuck in the house all day for weeks or months straight? You can only binge so much Netflix before the urge to binge something else starts.
