Texas winning will make IU’s loss look even less bad. We need all our losses to be Q1

Texas is up by 12 against #3 Kansas in the 2nd half

We lose one recruit to Purdue and then the sky is falling lol

If there was consistency in officiating then the game wouldn’t be a foul fest or too physical. I think right now both things can be true. We see too often one half is super physical and a sloppy game because of it and then the other half is a battle of the free throws as the refs call every little piece of contact.

College reffing is starting to hit a breaking point. College basketball is becoming harder to watch because of the terrible officiating and way too many foul calls.

Archie isn’t on the hot seat at all, and frankly isn’t even at the point to start discussing it at all.

I think we’re way better than Ohio State

Rob plays good defense against opposing PGs and I’d rather have trayce than kofi. I like our chances.

Absolutely! I can't find the tweet, but I saw a tweet after Maui/Ashville, that if you remove the freshmen attempts the team is actually shooting close to 40% from 3 through 4 games.
The assembly call guys talked about that on one of their radio shows

Archie has had zero issues recruiting. Not worried.

It seems like most of the big ten aren't playing many top teams in the non conference. Everyone is playing an ACC team but it seems like their other games are not to challenging. I was wondering if we weren't in Maui if we would have done the same thing. We only have two gimme games where a lot of other big ten teams did not schedule any top teams.
I love that we have a hard schedule though. It’d be awesome to eventually mimic the scheduling that Michigan State does every year.

How come we couldn’t beat them last year then? They are a good team...but I still think we can beat them.
I think we could beat them last year. Just didn’t happen.

I think it’s incredibly easy to overreact. Illinois is going to be really good this season but they’re definitely not unbeatable.

Ohio also played 3 days in a row

I think the biggest mistake he made was not bringing in more of his guys year 1. I think that set him back by a season. For example if he had brought in McKinley Wright year 1 instead of Clifton Moore this team would’ve been a lot better.

I think this team will show how hamstrung Archie was with DG and JS. We had no ball handling or perimeter offense so we relied on hoping Green would limit turnovers and get hot from 3. JS was playing out of position and was our best defender and athlete so he had to play. This year’s balance looks to be much better.

I think IU will be in the hunt. The team should be much better with who we added and subtracted.

so...does losing out on Kaufman increase or decrease chances of landing Mason and Aminu? I really like what Mason brings to the table and Aminu is certainly a potential stud...
I would guess it helps our chances with Miller and wouldn’t affect Aminu whatsoever.

Juwan Morgan starting today for the Jazz.

Thompson and Duncomb at the 5 seems pretty solid.

Yeah that’s right. He’s been on the hot seat the last couple seasons too
