  1. Xavier needs to sit. 0-4 I think and only one looked like a good look.
  2. Nice end to first half...Hope the Hoosiers come out strong to start the second. Build that lead up to double digits and hopefully learn how to finish off an opponent.
  3. And he is ranked higher than Bo Nix as well, who several mentioned last week as someone who would be a quality pickup.
  4. Very true. I actually didn't want him starting this meaningless game under Nagy. anyway. No reason to risk injury in this game for a lame duck coach...he got banged up enough this season. I just want him healthy and ready to go during offseason workouts under new coach.
  5. I would have been infamous and probably ran out of Indiana by a mob with pitchforks at that point and time...including my family!
  6. Side rant time! I have met a good amount of pro athletes and a few other celebrities during my life, but the only time I was truly "starstruck" was the time I was in high school standing outside the buildings side/back doors after lunch waiting for the bell to ring with a few friends. I see a car park and a large man get out and start walking right towards us/the doors. When he gets about halfway to us I can tell it is Coach Knight. He walked right past us and I froze. I wish I had tried to get a conversation started with him, but like I said, it was the one time I was really in awe of someone in person. This was in the 90s and he was recruiting a classmate of mine who eventually went to O$U.
  7. Congrats and enjoy your retirement. I have a long ways to go!
  8. Yep...Some smoke around Raiders or Bears... https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2022/01/04/report-jim-harbaugh-might-be-tempted-to-leave-michigan-for-nfl/
  9. I have not seen the 12 packs yet. They have a ton of zombie dust on the shelves.
  10. And now...I usually can find it in Krogers and I think Meijers as well. I wonder how much they are producing now?
  11. I have never tried or heard of this but might give it a shot.
  12. A silver lining for fellow Bears fans on this board... 6 days and counting until the Nagy (and hopefully Pace) era is officially over.
  13. That always reminds me of the classic Seinfeld episode where Kramer is waiting on the Cable guy.
  14. Yep. The presser remarks by Coach Woody is what I am basing my prediction on for O$U. He called out Trayce and I think TJD is extremely coachable and will respond in a positive manner. My guess is there will be lots and lots of rebounding drills in practice. I maybe shouldn't just single out TJD...I think Race will respond positively as well.
  15. Huge game after the PSU fiasco. I am going to remain optimistic with this team at this point and predict Woody lays into the team for the poor performance against PSU and the Hoosiers will come out strong and play inspired ball. Maybe, just maybe, this can be the game that they put together a full 40 minutes and get a big W. I think Woody will light a fire under Trayce and he will have one of his best games of the year. Perhaps it is just wishful thinking, but I see this team rebounding (pun intended) and getting the upset against the Bucknuts. Go Hoosiers!!
  16. Offense had a rough first half...missed lots of good looks.
  17. Going back and forth between the Colts and Bears games. The "mighty" Bears are up 14-0 over Giants in an absolutely meaningless game.
  18. Hey @IUFLA what in the world is going on in your neck of the woods!??? https://www.yahoo.com/news/2021-pulling-tricks-fish-rain-143441815.html
  19. Did you grow serrano peppers last year? How did they turn out? We usually grow bell, pablanos, jalapenos, and sometimes Bananas.
  20. I ran out of Ultras...I'm drinking a bud light currently...I bought a case for old times sake.
  21. Ha. I need to send you some Gumballhead. I haven't tried Robert the Bruce yet, but Zombie Dust was pretty good.
  22. Michelob Ultra is better in my opinion also. I like Leinenkugel Oktoberfest beers quite a bit.
  23. So, I'm reviving this thread way early, but I receive our first seed catalog and since we didn't do a garden last year I am extra anxious to get back to it in the spring. Question for all the gardeners...do any of you have a greenhouse? If so where did you get it or did you build it custom etc? I probably have too much going on this year to get a greenhouse this season, but I would like to implement a greenhouse at some point to extend the growing season.
  24. These are pretty decent. I like regular Yuenglings quite a bit and recently tried Flight from a recommendation from a friend.
  25. I admit I get a little tired of the cold at times during February, but for the most part I enjoy changing seasons etc. It has been crazy warm here in my neck of Indiana this fall/winter for the most part, with just a touch of snow (well under 1 inch thus far). I think it was 61 the day after Christmas. My kids are clamoring for snow. There is no way I could survive in Texas with the heat/humidity especially in the summer. A good friend of mine moved to LA area from Indiana a few years back and loves the warmer temps all year round...but does admit the summer can get a bit unbearable at times with the heat...and they don't have the humidity you have in TX, or even what we have in IN. When I lived in NC for a couple years I loved the weather, because we were right on/near the ocean and the constant breezes...when we drove inland 45 minutes or so the summer weather was much hotter.
