I'm honestly more surprised at how bad our D has looked this year. I thought it would the more dependable unit, even in not dominant.

Can't miss that throw on 3rd and managable.

Got to at least come out and string a few 1st downs together to try and slow momentum.

Honestly, thought, it's simple, and we all know it. You can't win without better play on both lines. We are constantly man handled up front both sides.

What's happened to our vaunted D backfield? Even the ex-All American Mullen can't stay in front of anyone last two weeks.

Again, this isn't the second coming of the Bear's 46 D, but there's enough to work with that we shouldn't be the big-play sieve we were 1st half at UC. Way too many chunk plays surrendered thus far. Concerning.

Accurate! Neither line has looked good in the last several seasons. Everything on the skill players and back 7 on D. Not a long-term successful strategy, especially in B1G.

Also, I'm not saying our defense is dominant or anything. But there's enough there that the 2nd quarter at UC should not get that extreme. Let's get our shit together and put our best foot forward in a winnable - but by no means easy - game.

I'll trade a W this week for however many shots Aikmann cares to take at us on national TV.

No more one or two good quarters. No more one disastrous quarter. Play four solid quarters. Don't beat yourself. Success will follow. If not, prepare for another L. And for the love of all that's holy, give the QB some frigging time.

D and STs deserve props - strong game! Offensively we were lucky to win. O-line looks like turnstiles. Lots of work to do.
