Probably, but if he comes back next year, while we are going through the bakery games, half of his shots need to be jump shots 8+ feet out. I dont care if he hits them (i mean i do) but he needs to get comfortable shooting them.

Haven't we all been saying this since before he got on campus at IU? It's almost as if TJD has not worked on it just to prove everyone wrong.....which hasn't worked.

I think for the most part you are correct, but this UM team is a horrible match-up for us. They are the one team I didnt want to play. Their bigs can step out and shoot which pulls our rim protectors out and puts them in no mans land having to help on a driving guard or take away the open 3.

LD is option number five as a post player, number three center so you are right...for him depth is a problem because there's a lot of it right now. In the approx. 4 seconds of game time he has this year, I can see him fitting quite well with what CMW has said he wants to do with a 4 out 1 in offense. If he can step away from the basket, 10-12 ft range and force bigs to guard him that will open up lanes for our guards and the play making wing we dont have at the moment. All of that of course depends on if he plays defense like Race or James Blackmon Jr. 🤷‍♂️

Isnt X a top 25 program???? How could he be a better fit there? If he's good enough to get on the floor there, then not sure how he wouldnt be good enough to play for us once there isnt an AA playing in front of him.

You're not wrong. It just looks like they kinda halfa$$ed to me. I am 100% sure there is meaning and context to the accents they put into the uniforms that I am ignorant to, but if you're guna embrace and celebrate something, go all out. I said somewhere else....twitter i think, these looked like the 4th place jerseys in a rebranding campaign they retro fit for a cause. Hell, if we are celebrating Black History month, change the white jerseys for black and keep the red piping with the same accents so the colors and design really pop against the black.

I can see working to get the ball to TJD on the last play of regulation, but him standing there with his hand up while 2 guys stand there and play hot potato while the other 2 just stand there aint guna cut it. TJD is NOOOOTTTTTTT a power post player no matter how much he thinks he is. If he's guna try to do that he'd dang sure better go get the ball although im not sure it coulda been a worse pass from Race (who has to know he cant make that pass). This team plays SSSSSOOOOOOOOOOOO much better when TJD gets his touches from movement than when we try to spoon feed him. His numbers will still be there, if not get better, if he would just let the game come to him..........and learn to use his right hand even just a tiny bit.
