1st down snapped at 2:00 2nd down snapped at 1:55 3rd down snapped at 1:10
-
Yeah the 3rd down play would happen at around 1:10 in this scenario, so there would be around 30 seconds left if they committed no penalty, since the clock stops after the 4th down play. Then you punt and there’s maybe 20 seconds left.

We need more guys like him. Got plenty of nice guys.

Bingo. Don’t want to hear about it. Missed calls both ways, and the Ravens bitching about defensive holding or PI is really rich. They’ve been getting away with those since the Rex Ryan/Marvin Lewis days… Colts won, fair and square, without their QB, C, RB…

Trey Lance fetched a 4 from Dallas. That’s probably the most you could expect, for a guy who is obviously (to everyone but the Bears) a backup quarterback.

I officially retract my ridicule of Ballard’s Matt Gay acquisition. I have been very critical of his free agency moves, or lack there of, but this one was solid.

Reminiscent of the Colts trading Rison and Hinton for Jeff George. Buy a Ferrari and put $50 used tires on it.
-
No one I would consider legit was reporting it.

Former coworker is an X grad and he said Thad likes his refreshments.

I do like AR, he’s the only difference maker that they have on offense. But if you really believe Williams is in the Mahomes/Burrow category, (and I do) you take him and trade AR. (Assuming you don’t believe AR to be in that category. I put his upside more in the Herbert/Cam range myself)
-
Polian was in his first year as GM. Ballard is in year 7. Edit: and if you like Williams better than AR as a prospect, you take him. Just like the Bears could have/should have done this year with Young/AR/Stroud.
-
That 32nd pick could have got them a nice TE or OL prospect…. La Porta, Mayer, Musgrave, Bergeron, and Avila all were taken after 32.
-
If AR puts them in position to draft Williams, they should do so. With a new GM of course.
-
He’ll be finished by the time he’s 30 if they keep running him like that. He’s not nimble enough to avoid the flush hits.
-
Hulls now hurt and will miss some time. Jackson sucks, the OL is still overpaid and overrated, and Zach Moss is still out. WRs are meh. At best. Ballard has really set Richardson up for success.
-
Once he enters the draft, he can’t go back to play in college. Unless there’s a waiver or rule change. Which I wouldn’t put past the NCAA.
-
Hope he’s getting at least half down.
-
He wouldn’t be in the draft at all in this scenario, right?
