The odd thing is, Courtney Green is statistically the WORST official for Purdue, and it isn’t close. Purdue is like 1-19 against the spread in their last 20 games with him. But maybe he’s aware of this stat and trying to even it up now?

I think Tom is a classic example of the Peter Principle: promoted 1 step past his level of competence. Not really his fault, was he supposed to have told Glass no ? Then: He inherits a good OL, hires a great OC, gets a QB, and boom, big extension. Crazy story.

Friend of mine is tight with the IU chaplain, and he says Tom really is a good Christian man, who practices what he preaches to the best of his ability.

He’d be on my list.
