  1. To quote @btownqb Bingo! I dont think it would lead to extensive sloppier play, but i think it would lead to more frequent bad possessions.
  2. It's a lot easier to find these kinds of stats for NBA than College Basketball NBA league fg % was .475 last year. I would guess that CBB would be around 45%, slightly lower, but still comparable. But again, no one is arguing that the NBA has more talent. They have better passers, better shot makers.... yes, yes they do.
  3. I think there are a couple of factors to contribute to that. No one is arguing that the NBA has better talent than college.
  4. Average passes per game according to below, league average is about 282 passes per game https://www.nba.com/stats/teams/passing Possessions per game NBA league average according to below is 99.96 https://www.statmuse.com/nba/ask/average-possessions-per-game-nba-this-season That is just under 3 passes per possession. Without even needing to look up college, i would venture to guess they average more than 3/possession.
  5. Worse passing wasn't mentioned. What was mentioned was LESS passing.
  6. I was watching it on my phone on silent... so it was my best guess lol.
  7. 2-0 I believe Sarver from just outside the 18.
  8. A lot of those good looks. Unfortunately not many on goal.
  9. So many opportunities. Fairly dominant performance in the first half, yet tied 0-0
  10. NBA better offensive product than College. I agree. having an additional 6 seconds on the shot clock does not correlate to having worse possessions.
  11. agree with the first part. second part is a little confusing. your argument is teams waste a few seconds to get into their offence and end up with late clock bad offense, but your solution is to take away 6 seconds to hope that teams produce a better shot quicker?
  12. Vs. Depaul 8 pm BiG+ hopefully we get our first dub here. would be even better if it was convincingly.
  13. Thing is... 2+ years ago, we were in the same boat, but with recruits ranked 100+. It just feels better, being there with top 50, 30, 20 recruits. No one is saying the job is over.
  14. Cubs bringing up top prospect, LHP wicks
  15. I hope they do now. I wouldn’t want you to go without those for too long.
  16. Assuming it ended in a tie. Haven’t seen an update for a bit on the twitters
  17. sounds like you know more than me. He is listed as a '23 recruit. Maybe he came a year early and redshirted? This team is LOADED and with 9 seniors.
  18. not sure. I dont see him listed on the roster.
  19. if the Cubs could have scored more runs, we would be in first.
  20. I believe Nick Chubb got a decent extension in '21 after missing some time in '20....? I was thinking of Run CMC, and Kamara, but i think they got hurt after their extensions... not sure
  21. That was the bowel movement. This would the be real movement.
  22. Im stoked for this season, and he is probably the main reason why. If he can live up to his talent/expectations this team will be dangerous.
