  1. But I dont dye my white hair and will collect social security in 4 years. Will you consider me?
  2. "A Coach progressing vs. a Coach regressing". Several family members are Minny fans and know plenty about losing seasons. I remember earlier this year some Hoosiers fans on this site being fearful that IU was falling to the level of MInny. Here are some interesting comparisons as of this week. IU 14-12 with average losing margin of 14 pts. (includes 7 losses by 14 to 28 pts). Minn is 16-9 with avg losing margin of 8 pts (one loss of 18 pts, all other losses by 2 to 11). Both teams avg 12 turnovers and shoot about 67% FTs. Minn gets 3 more assists and 1 more RB per game. Coach Ben Johnson, age 43, had losing seasons in year 1&2 of his tenure. This year he has produced a substantial improvement. Woody, age 60+, had winning seasons in Yrs 1 & 2 (with key production of TJD and JHS). Year 3 has been a huge disappointment. Embarrassing losses at AH to PS, NB and NW are a bad omen for the future. Johnson is paid $2 mill and Woody $4 mill. Sure looks like IU has some catching up to do if they want to match Minny this year.
  3. woody has plenty others that he should rip,,,,,but mostly this mess is on woody
  4. I agree. Just consider the coaching staff body language and blank stares under Woody vs. Crean and Miller.
  5. Good lord. Where is some common sense? Clock revew when down 15 points. Uggh.
  6. Add Ware, Gunn, Walker to that list.
  7. It is absolutely mind boggling how often we take the worst path…..dribbling into triple coverage rather than shooting or finding open shooter. Oops. What shooters?
  8. Another stellar play. Gunn travels into lane then Ware misses a dunk. First round pick ?
  9. OK. Just saw Ware’s version of boxing out he doesn’t move his feet, just puts his arm out to block the opponent.
  10. Looks like Ware has taken FT lessons from Shaq.
  11. I clearly remember cmw talkig after UCon crushed us. He took no blame but he said the players now see what it takes to be a champ. Well, we seem to have regressed. The other night UConn lost in a close battle to Creighton (ranked #15) and it was a great game to watch. Both teams hustled through out, the coaches altered strategies sometimes and spacing/movement was impressive. Both teams are much better than NB. I agree it is a terrible situation to see this on your home court. With so many beat downs, when will administration do the obvious thing? End his contract
  12. Especially if they keep woody and co.
  13. Ware has 3 RBs. 3 of their starters have 3 or 4 RBs.
  14. They have one special player, who killed us before and coach apparently forgot about planning to defend him. There others players are not great. But the whole team plays as a unit. Chasing RBs, limited dribbling, quick passes and high pressure defense. Basic stuff. This IS on woody. It is a total mess RMK would bench players for this slop. Seeing it at home is pitiful. The number of embarrassing performances by his team is staggering. Getting beat is one thing, but getting embarrassed is another.
  15. Listen, he’s being overpaid at $4 million and seems clueless. Let em BOO the constant embarrassment of play.
  16. We should rin every play thru Mgbako. He can shoot.
  17. If reneau were a football RB, he’d fumble into the record books.
  18. Note to Team. When one player is double teamed, that means one of our players is WIDE open. Sheesh. This is not rocket science.
  19. Does malik know that you are not required to dribble every time 😖
  20. If so, somebody's making a big mistake,,,no motor and soft hands. weak
