  1. Let’s hope the refs let the kids play, and keep some consistency.
  2. Tonight, we saw some of the worst and some of the best our team has done this year. Galloway with a career road performance, Malik delivers on offense as always, Leal plays smart/hard and leads us to victory. The play call for Leal's big dagger shot is a feather in Woodson's cap. A surprisingly exciting ending to a strange game. Go Hoosiers
  3. Whoa. Didnt expect ghat play. So happy fof Leal. Great job TEAM and Coaches.
  4. Who is the white assistant coach always giving instructions while Cmw tries to set up a play? Both talking over each other, it seems.
  5. Great RB by Leal. Others stand around.
  6. Is this a mistake? Stats show Ware has just one RB.
  7. I mean strategy. Typos due to suddenly seeing shots going in.
  8. Holy crap. We are running fast breaks. It works. Who told CMW abiut this strath?!
  9. Great fast break, pass by Leal and HUGe 3 by trey. Go Hoosiers
  10. Walkers foul shows how stupid we defend. Standing upright, too close to shooter and then reaching in. Many of Hoosiers play that way. Easy fouls for refs to see.
  11. Ever notice when one of OSU guys pulls down a RB with 3 Hoosiers standing near.
  12. Gues our advance scouting missed one of the best outside shooters in big10
  13. Incredible Ware just 2 points. Oh that’s right….coach protected him for later??? Malik is simply the ONLY consistent scorer game to game on this roster. Pitiful basketball team.
  14. Their two soph guards have 27 pts.
  15. Cmw always sits Ware for too long when he lands a second foul. The kid rarely gets 4 even playing 35 minutes. Now we are giving weak team a chance to build a lead.
  16. Regarding age, I wouldn't go after these "proven" big name guys (Wright, Beard, et al) who have already achieved enough success and command huge $$$$. Makes more sense to get somebody still young enough and driven to create a legacy, and be able to stay at IU a long time if he delivers winning basketball. At the same time, IU would be able to start the guy at a lower salary. Let's concentrate at somebody in their 40's. examples are TJ Oltzenberger at Iowa ST and Shaka Smart at Marquette. Probable several others in that age group who would be good.
  17. And, regarding Matta, I have watched some Butler games this year and his energy/persona/leadership during games seems radically better than Woodson. I wish he was at IU
  18. I would cut him slack as a Freshman.
  19. He deserves to be fired. Because of his IU legacy, he stays one more year. But, imo this year especially shows his inability to succeed at college level. After the UConn blowout, Woodson said he told the players they saw firsthand what a championship type team is. Hard working, tough etc. Despite that loss, little has improved. We witnessed embarrassing losses to Auburn, Nebraska, Purdue and Penn State. Woodson has not taken responsibility for much of anything. We continue to see spotty defense, same old predictable offense, mind boggling substitutions and little game plan adjustments. I believe the players and fans deserve a better coach who can deliver consistent winning/competitive performances. Given the size of his paychecks, he’ll likely hang around longer. I hope not.
  20. Matta’s Bulldogs beat #13 Creighton at Omaha. Both teams are well coached and make Woodson look silly in terms of game management, subbing and adjustments in game.
