Anyway. Friend of mine here in town started his own business less than 2 years ago. Had to incur some credit card debt to get things going. His receivables are 90-180 days out in terms of payment. He has 2 properties PP of $150k each, $100k in equity and now worth minimally $350k if he sold.

Problem is he wants to keep the properties for rental income but wants to do a home equity loan to have a reduced interest rate vs what credit card companies are charging. Bank has said you don't have verifiable income yet. Anyone know of loan type around this situation or is it just wait your time?

Just went through this - if his sole income is now self employment (or from any company where he has a substantial ownership stake), he needs two solid years of filed tax returns for almost any bank to take him on.  Incredibly frustrating but part of the process for how we avoid another 2008-style collapse, underwriting is (at least in some ways) a lot more intense.

How are we so tall and play such big lineups yet consistently so bad at rebounding?  I feel like those things shouldn’t even be possible

I have been a Banks and Gunn hater. Both played well last night. Good for them 

I think this team looks a WHOLE LOT better if we stagger Reneau and Ware more intentionally and play smaller.  We can run the offense through a big, just not two of them.  Is one of them man enough to accept a 6th man role?  In some situations we can even run them together, but only when the game proves it’s worthwhile.  Not as a baseline.

This also requires continued growth from Gunn, Walker, Banks, et al.  We will go as far as XJ takes us. Cupps is a perfectly fine backup

Banks has the BBIQ of a Purdue graduate 

I was really excited to kill flight time and watch this one but, alas, BTN+.  

What did Leal do, particularly?  I have been advocating for Leal over Gunn for a while.  If Gunn can’t make shots, why is he on the floor?

Thought the refs really impacted the game on both sides, but more so IU. Also thought the luck of the bounce was just NOT on our side today. KU is good. 

It's wild to me that anyone is talking about cheerleaders or the band, but then I remember we're a bunch of 30-70 year old men ignoring work, so it all makes a bit more sense

Could this simply be distilled to Auburn is 90 minutes from Atlanta..?
