When coaches & bowl game fat cats get millions it’s hard to deny the players a share

Now NIL is trickling down to HS & every university is whoring out on the street

most of these schools are pro sports teams….most of the fans never graduated or attended

Literally none of this is new, it's just more visible and expanded.  They've been pro teams for quite a while.

  2. Depending on how close you live physically to your buddy, I think you will be able to stream, but if you're far away YTTV picks up on it and tells you the sharing is only meant for those in the same home, not family members across the country / state / city / etc (this is based on my current YTTV plan, so assuming it is similar).

DirectTV had a wonderful workaround where you could get a college student to sign up for you for $100 all-in.  Every year I found a new intern and gave them $20 beer money for the right to use their email.  It was glorious.

  3. Chiming in as an out-of-towner who still religiously watches the Colts:

    - I would not expect that two people could watch a Sunday Ticket stream at once, though the change from DTV -> YT may make that possible - but given their price point, you can imagine they don't want people to share

    - RedZone is great but just understand you're not getting the game, you're getting highlights of all games at the same time

    - GamePass is really sweet if you can wait out an internet blackout or you don't mind having it spoiled and still watching.

I've had NFLST the last 6 years but really unsure what I'll do this time

Got my MRI results (actually saw the MRI) and I definitely have some moderate to severe compression in the lower spinal cord that is putting pressure on the sciatic nerve.

Doc wants to try pain therapy (read epidural into the spinal column...ouch!) to try to stabilize the compression, and hopefully reverse it somewhat. Said PT won't help at this point, maybe later, but was doubtful.

I bought an inversion table to help relieve some of the compression. Don't know if it will help, but it can't hurt. don't have it yet, but hopefully will get it soon.

My condition is not nearly as severe as some of you guys, and I am not trying to get any sympathy here because it is not warranted, and its just a function of being F-ing old. Guess I just wanted to share, and hopefully some of you younger guys should heed the warnings your body sends you early on, rather than playing tough guy and ignoring the symptoms. Might be too late to correct your issue if you wait too long.

    Just sayin'....

I’m 31 and in regular PT for lower back pain. Thought it was just normal, the kind of thing you deal with as you age. Doc said “nope” and off to a flurry of scans and tests.

31!! and I exercise regularly if sex counts.
