  1. Chris Reynolds comes top of mind.
  2. Pat Fitzgerald might have the free time now. šŸ¤¢šŸ¤®
  3. Excuse my French, but we really just need to come out and f^@k these boys up. Backyard/parking lot type ass whooping. Its time.
  4. Sounds like my HS football sectional back in the day. #1, 2, 4, and 8 in the state all grouped together. Stupid.
  5. No but I have family there. Iā€™m from the east Indy but went a couple years of HS and graduated on the south side. Beech Grove was in the middle. I didnā€™t even know BG played basketball until last year
  6. Forgive my ignorance as I donā€™t follow HS hoops as much. Is Brownstown pretty good? Must be with Painter there. I worked Columbus and Seymour for a decade until this last year. Didnā€™t really know of Brownstown until I just googled it.
  7. He needs to kick out quicker then resettle for a reentry against those 7 footers. Not bitching but bigger guys have always been a struggle for Jackson-Davis
  8. I think that all is good when we get our NBA guard back. I also remember Bob Knight losing games in December. We matchup better next week vs KS. They donā€™t have a big.
  9. I like love JHS more and more every game. We have a bad ass PG. I love him on defense better than O. Weā€™ll be back. Soon.
  10. Donā€™t think I ever saw their gym. We were using their outdoor facilities (track and baseball field) and on occasion their weight room at like 6am. We didnā€™t go in the school very often. Our first 2.5 weeks of fall ball every year we just went straight to that track and ran to we puked everyday. Weā€™d play our first fall ball game every year and hadnā€™t even touched a bat, ball, or glove yet. It was horrible. Iā€™ve probably ran a 1,000 poles on that baseball field too.
  11. Good for them. Concordia was always good about letting us use their facilities during my college baseball days. Have puked many times on that damn track during fall ball.
  12. Quick hot takes: Malik is a beast. Kopp is Kopp. True per usual. No replacement though. What player is Hood exactly? Heā€™s not a shooter for sure? He doesnā€™t get to the rack either. Bunch of turnovers combined with mediocre defense. Not trying to be too criticalā€¦
  13. Gonzaga only sits 6,000 people. Who would want to go there?
  14. Tell him I say hello. Hersh is one of the craziest people Iā€™ve ever met. Scared of airplanes, though. Heā€™d get us there, then leave us stranded on the bus. Very true. Sucked because weā€™d have won one or two with him. Demoralizing although we still performed. The ball goes hella far in Idaho, myself along with many teammates can confirm. ā€œI recruit GD beer drinkers, not fucking milk drinkersā€ Malone at BSU, who I was originally committed to, told Hersh we were ā€œgamersā€ after hanging 20 on them. Hershā€™s response, as Iā€™m sure you can imagine (and Iā€™ll do this in my best raspy voice): ā€œGamers? The fuck is that supposed to mean? Gamers? You can take gamers and shove it up your ass. Fuck you. Weā€™ll beat your ass in the GD fucking parking lotā€. True story. Our World Series banners are true too. I could fill your day with Hersh stories. Loved him some Bill Russell. Learned a lot about Russell/winning from Hersh.
  15. 21 - 0 in winner take all games. Mike dropped.
  16. Biggest pair of brass balls a sporting arena has ever seen. Dude just refused to lose. Hersh would talk about the heavy favorited Lakers showing him their champagne and Russell saying ā€œfuck thatā€. And then, of course, he took that ā€˜Chip, too. What a legend. Maybe my favorite. I was just telling my grandkids about Russell/winning last weekend
  17. Bling, bling. More rings than fingers. Probably has pinky rings with chips. One of Lance Hershbergerā€™s favorites. My college baseball coach, and heā€™d always reference Russell during our 4 World Series trips. The worldā€™s greatest winner ever: Bill Russell. Jordan doesnā€™t even hold that title.
  18. Shout out to the Roncalli softball team. This newspaper in front of me (yes, newspaper) says theyā€™re #1 in the nation. Thatā€™s badass
  19. I think that Cal would be dumb to schedule IU at this point. His seat is already hot enough without losing to IU. On the flip side, if he should win šŸ¤®, then I donā€™t think it really helps him that much. The risk/reward balance isnā€™t favorable for Cal. Especially considering that Woody will have IU rolling soon.
