When I heard that I was expecting them to say Gordon. I was surprised when they said Romeo.

If you’re looking for a positive from the game… that was our best 3pt defense of the season. UConn shot 7-22 from three.

Frustrating to say the least 

Wtf… the game is over anyway but do your job and call a foul. I’m not sure why I’m surprised, they haven’t done their job all afternoon.

The difference between CJ guarding Newton and Mgbako guarding Newton was pretty significant

Good news is Malik is playing amazing… bad news is we make absolute boneheaded decisions at times, Mgbako continues to look disinterested on defense, and nobody else can hit the broad side of a barn on offense.

I’m not sure how you can claim those guys aren’t IU caliber players and then say we’ll miss Geronimo. If those three aren’t IU caliber then neither is he.

Best way to beat Purdue is help on Edey and hope Purdue misses open looks. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. 

And turnover the guards. Edey can’t beat you if he doesn’t have the ball. That’s where they struggled against IU last year.

True but we’ve got a lot of new guys. You see guys like XJ getting frustrated with other new guys not being in the right spots on offense.

Hopefully this poor play is just a result of not knowing the system and plays well enough. Guys not in the right place on both sides of the ball. 

Sounds like the longer it draws out the better our chances?
