I think we need to give credit to Wyoming’s defense. Don’t underestimate how much their size impacted things. It clearly frustrated X and made it difficult for him to drive and finish. Our lack of shooting really allowed them to pack it in tight in the middle.

I want JG on Maldonado all game if he’s healthy. I could also see X guarding him and then doubling him in the post 🤷‍♂️ Geronimo definitely seems like the best matchup though

Simply just a common celebration for athletes recently. For example, "smoking that hawkeye pack" would mean beating Iowa (or something of that nature). That's about the extent of how much I can explain. I personally wouldn't be too concerned about it, but I am also a lot younger than most here so I may have a different view of it. Also, for what it's worth, I thought it looked like Leal was sipping tea.

There have been some fouls not called, but for the most part it seems to be going both ways. They’re letting them play so far. Not nearly the screw job the last two games have been.
