My honest assessment/prediction (and I have not seen him play in person or have a great deal of knowledge on him) is that it all depends on his defense and physicality. He looks noticeably bigger this year than a season or two ago, although still could bulk up more. He definitely can be a capable 3 level scorer in college in my opinion. I have no idea how he is on defense, however.

I think you’re taking it a little too literally. My impression the first time I heard it was “I don’t care what’s happened in the past. This is a big game and I need to you step it up.” More of a heart to heart than anything and probably a motivator for him to go out and compete like he did.

I understand your belief about X playing hero ball and costing us some games. I firmly believe we go as X goes. But when you bash him on a game that he goes out and leads our team, you make yourself look ridiculous and lose any credibility you may have had.

I wouldn’t say a natural pg… he reminds me of Jaden Ivey honestly (part of that might be the hair lol). Definitely is capable of playing point but 2 guard looks to be his primary position.
