The score for the North vs. Castle game sounded more like a basketball score with North winning 60-43!!!! Defense definitely went out the window....

Yanks just let 6 guys go. The main one of the group is Domingo German. He threw a perfect game earlier this year but then was so inconsistent the rest of the season. Not to mention his drunken run-in with manager Aaron Boone. I really rooted for this guy. Maybe he can hook up with another team and like the Rangers Aroldis Chapman, win a WS!!

Gonna be a big Friday down here in the Southwest corner of the state with IIRC, there will be 6 area teams competing for a sectional championship! Good Luck to your favorite team...

True story, I have 2 nephews who attended IU in the 90's, not sure of the years. Anyway they had a grandpa, my father-in-law, that was battling cancer. They went to the athletic office to see if RMK could autograph a basketball for him. Not only did Coach sign the ball, but also told the boys that if their grandpa was physically able to attend a game, he would see to it that he would have seats behind the bench!! Unfortunately, he was not able to make the trip. He will be missed. It would be a nice gesture if the team and CMW could dedicate this season to The General... RIP
