  1. Because when it was posted to Twitter that he removed his bio, I clicked on his instagram to see it for myself and then could see he had just added Adam? Like, this is basic social media stuff that anyone can learn in 1 min of time. Doesn’t require some stalking job. so… what is your point? 🙄
  2. Here is the thing. For all the Purdue and IU guys saying this is a troll job etc Unless the kid himself is trolling - something doenst add up - why take your commitment off your bio? - why add IU pic back and no other visit pic? - why following Adam Howard last week the same hour you take your commitment off your bio?
  3. But it still effects their numbers as they don’t have many if/any open slots
  4. Look, honestly, I doesn’t matter but you did start it by telling the other guy - sorry, that is wrong, they follow everyone they meet. all I did was point it out to you that is not the case and instead of saying, “yeah, good point, I guess he didn’t follow their entire team and staff and I am sure he met them.” You came back with another - guess he is committing to all 3 teams. People are quick on here to assume arguments. Not arguing. Trying to educate as someone who has lots of experience with this. You don’t agree, no worries from me. Wasn’t “arguing” 🤷‍♂️🙄😂
  5. What? You said young kids follow everyone they meet. I see people say this a lot and it is not true. Just because he followed a couple doesn’t mean he is playing for all 3 teams smh. I know you are trying to be funny but a joke should at least make sense. it works other way too. For example, an assistant follows a player. They are interested. Then more assistants, the head coach, the team account etc follow them, that means they are higher priority. this is a known thing in the recruting world and have first hand experience. Does him following all those players and coaches mean he is 100% IU… no. But it for sure means it is really, really likely. Especially since he didn’t add a bunch from this weekend right after like he did IU.
  6. Ok, by that logic, he didn’t meet anyone on Tenn or St J. visit? it really doesn’t work that way honestly. Same for coaches too. They don’t just follow people they meet.
  7. I hear you but not always the case is all I am saying. To be even more blunt, I just had to take care of one of my own kids with an acl in the last year. Little more than a day and yes, they were on pain meds. Was really a week until they could function somewhat but then tired very fast. And that is a kid. Not a 65 year old. Just like my previous reply, trying to calm some and say it would not be unreasonable for him to take a week off and that is why the visits and such died down. Not cause we are losing guys.
  8. As a I said, depends on what it was. And you were still taking some stuff and not really mobile with a walker. Not like that is ideal for a visit. I know more than a few with acl surgeries and let me tell you, that is not a one day thing even though they go home. all I am getting at is this makes total sense on why we had nothing setup for this weekend. Makes me feel like the smoke on Knecht visiting was true but he just pushed it a week.
  9. Sure but can’t tour with a recruit and if he is on drugs, don’t really want him on a zoom in bed. if it is TKR, ACL, etc it is at least a week until they can get around and even then is limited.
  10. It depends greatly on what kind of surgery it was. I don’t think they announced details.
  11. Early Summer - could be before then but lots of successful teams last year were adding guys way late.
  12. He would have been here this weekend but backed off because of Woodson just like Deloach. That is my 99% read on it. this is only a positive. Means he isn’t done and Ledlum can talk about teaming up with him at IU while Ledlum sings the praises. Tenn. likely doesn’t have slots for both anyway.
  13. True but I bet we offer more anyway. tenn. sends their money to Football. I really think this is “I am sold on IU, but let me check these off to be sure and have some fun.” If he is leaving east coast, why not IU? What does Tenn. have to offer over IU? many here were worried about St John’s but that seems like a thrown in/pity visit
  14. I think some which like it how it was need to understand that system sucked too. Don’t glorify it because it benefited you and what you wanted sports to be. Also remember, doing those times years ago, it made sense. The schools were not making millions and a scholarship was great. This is the part the DDs of the world can’t get wrapped around. I say again, nobody can tell me how it was fair the schools pocketed all this money. It was not some noble thing to get a scholarship when they earned millions for the school and coaches. They had a chance to fix it, fought it and this is why it is the way it is now. now… women's soccer, baseball, softball or something like that, sure, the scholarship is a nice offset. But even then, the old rules on lunches etc were just not good. it will work itself out faster than many think. Or it ends up like pro baseball which many still like but lots hate as only a few teams can win. I do hate the “go fund me” and think that is just wrong. True NIL is not here due to the schools. But again, the schools don’t want to truly pay them or they become employees.
  15. Since we are all just throwing opinions - while I can understand wanting it to be how it was, it was never fair for the schools to take in millions, coaches getting millions and for the athlete to just “be happy with your scholarship” if the coaches were making normal salaries and that money was going back to the school as a way to keep education down for all, maybe. But not when they did what they did and just run up endowments and pay $5 million a year for coaches while also raising education costs through the roof. - the ncaa can’t do half the things people suggest or they will lose the last leg they have. The schools know it too. They can’t put a “salary cap, stop transfers, stop the go fund me’s, etc.” as soon as they do, they are right back in court and it will end with the athletes as employees. Then you have unions, laws that protect employee and employee all coming into play, etc. - this won’t be the end of college sports. The schools would lose way too much money from both the sports themselves, campus life, enrollment and more. the NCAA (which is just representing the schools so it is them) screwed up their chance to have it different. No going back now. You don’t have to like it but reality. what everyone needs to do is ask themselves if they believe in capitalism and free markets. If you do, this will be handled by that. If you don’t, well…. Good luck finding a solution because that is ultimately what should bring this into a system that works but will take some time to get there.
  16. Yeah, that might put some cold water on the idea that Knecht is visiting. Jason Scheer is a piece of work but is connected and doesn’t just throw CB predictions out.
  17. I would imagine that it would have bigger impact on Deloach coming back for that visit. I still don’t think Ledlum goes on the other visits. Don’t think we were getting any commitment today with Woody in the hospital and drugged up. He still has time to back out and everyone keeps saying he is “expected to” will see
  18. And he plays with Haralson and Sisley hmmm
  19. It’s all good. Just like ok…. I was confused was all Anyway, this Catchings thing seems like a done deal. That puts a wrinkle in things.
  20. Wow… ok. Tough crowd. I was asking. Sorry it wasn’t clear man
  21. Slam dunk. You don’t do all that out in the open. Plus, Adam has been froggy all night on Twitter with Leal chiming in too.
  22. Yeah, well, I know what rando is it seemed like he was saying Adam Howard was a rando
  23. The whole ON3 and AI prediction it changed because he followed 2 Oregon players last night on instagram and visited them. However, what it didn’t pick up or put as much weight into without the visit is he also followed X, Cupps and Trey last night as well. He also doesn’t just follow a bunch of random athletes either. so… will see but I would say if he takes another visit IU is next.
