Well what a difference a week makes in golf. Last week Johnson won with a -30 and today he is leading with a -1 in the third round.

I guess that could be a lot of that but he just did not seem to have his explosiveness he had his first year.

I am sure they won't trade VO this off season unless he comes out like PG and ask for a trade.

Last year even before his injury he did not look like the same player he did the first year with the Pacers.

I would mainly look to trade him if he does not sign an extension because it appears he might want to leave Indiana.

Pacers don't have a 1st round pick this year.

Well the other day I put one out there but it would never happen. I had the Pacers trading VO, Turner and A holiday to the Warriors for Clay Thompson and the 2nd pick.

To me Turner is not like the bigs we see today either. I don't think he is overly athletic and don't run the court well. Yes he he blocks shots but he is not a good defender overall. Also he is not a great rebounder and when Sabonis is not there the team gets killed on the boards.

You can't fire the owner but the player can sign elsewhere when they become a free agent. Also other free agents will see how you respond and won't sign with you as well.

He averaged 18 and 6 this year and was the third option on that team. It is not so much Hayward I just want to see the Pacers trade Turner. He is a career 35 percent which is ok but not the great shooter you are making him out to be.

Instead of A Holiday could throw Leaf or McDermott

Heard people talking about how the Bucks ownership had to back Gianni's and the players because if they don't then Gianni's will not resign there. In the NBA the players had always pretty much run things. Even Magic got a coach fired in his second year in the league. Also do you watch the G League because I can't watch it and that would be the quality you would see. I have a hard time even watching the NBA let alone scabs who cross the picket line.

I think you are way over hyping Turner because he is a one trick pony and that is a great shot blocker. He tries to be a 6'11 shooting guard and is not a great shooter. He has no low post game at all and he gets dominated by any legit center. He gets out muscled when trying to stop a good big man.

I am basing my reasoning on trading Turner is that I think the new hire will want to play an uptempo style. I don't think in the NBA that you can play two big guys so one has to go and for me that is Turner. Sabonis gives you 18 and 12 where Turner gives you around 12 and 6. Turner is a good shot blocker but no really good in defense.

Turner 18 mil Lamb 10.3 A. Holiday 2.5 I don't think the salaries have to match 100 percent so I think this would work.

Looked it up and Hayward has one year left at 31 mil and Turner has 3 years left at 20 mil a year.

Turner is a very good shot blocker coming off of his guy but not a great on ball defender. For some reason and the Pacers hire Dantoni I see the Pacers having to move one of their big guys. Also with the Celtics logjam at the 2 and 3 slots it would make sense for them to trade Hayward.

Just scanning the internet about trade rumors and saw one I would like for the Pacers and it was Turner to the Celtics for Hayward. Sure it might take a little more than that but those were the principals involved in the rumor.

I pretty much just watch the Pacers because I really don't like the NBA game. It has nothing to do with social justice stuff because I agree with what they are boycotting for.

I understand why they are boycotting and agree change is needed. What I want to know what do they think boycotting will do to help to bring change. I guess I am wondering what the end game is to them doing this.

Saw where that the Celtics and Raptors got together to talk about boycotting their first game. Now it was just reported that the bucks has not been on the court and they are thinking about boycotting the game.

To me I think the main reason Nate is no longer the coach is that players did not like playing in his offense. The played at such a slow pace and did not seem like he had much of an offensive mind.

Wonder f we hear the name of Mark Jackson since he played for the pacers.

Definitely don't want him because I hate watching the Rockets play or at least Harden and Westbrook.

Sad to hear that hopefully he is alright
