Pacers and Heat in a battle, P's up 41-37 in 2nd quarter
VO went out with an injury and he was trying to do to much himself

Magic beat the Bucks pretty easily today. I remember though a couple of times the Pacers won game 1 of a series as an 8th seed. After that they lost the next 4 of the series so I still expect the Bucks to win the series.

Mitchell played a great game
Murray was big in OT for the Nuggets

Utah and Denver in OT - Juwan played 25 min but hasn’t played in a while
coaching staff seems to have failed to note that while he went 1-5 for 3 points, along with his 7 boards, he by far leads Utah at +17 on the game.
+17 in a game that has been really tight and is in OT is something that should be noted
Started watching half way through the 4th quarter and it has been a great game. Mitchell has been great with 49 points in regulations but looks like the Jazz will lose in OT.

Pacers beat the Heat to finish top 4 in the East. We'll play the Heat in Round 1 with the 4/5 matchup.
Glad we got the homecourt advantage LOL!

It probably has been like 8-10 years since I went to the movie theater. Once my kids got older I did not go and most of the movies I did go see was kids movies.

Rockets was 16-57 from 3 and 32-86 overall from the field. So they just took 29 3 pointers but I thought the teams who shot and made the most 3's wins the game. Pacers were 11-31 from 3 which I think is to many attempts for the Pacers. They were 40-100 over all which is not very good but was enough for the win. I don't ever see the rockets winning big playing this way and they did not have a player taller than 6'8 play in the game.
-
Pacers with a good win 108-104 over the Rockets. We had not Brogdon or Warren and they did not have Westbrook. Up 14 with 4 minutes to go and Rockets went on a 12-2 run to cut it to two. Really missed Brogdon and Warren in the last 5 minutes because we had no one who care take their guy off the dribble. It is so obvious that Vic does not have the explosiveness to take over a game right now..
-
Watching the Pacers and rockets and I just hate how the Rockets play basketball. Still 9 minutes to go on the game and they have already shot 48 3's. As a shooter I like the 3 pointer but when it is the only thing a team does and relies on it is when i don't like it.

I think Redick is being undervalued here. Grayson Allen would be lucky to have Redick’s career. While he took longer than normal to develop, especially for a 4-year college guy, Redick has been a starter, 15+ ppg guy, a plus defender and a 40%+ 3pt shooter for 8 or so years.
Can't you see the similarities they both are white guards who played for Duke who most fans hated.

August 10th, 1977. David Berkowitz is arrested. How many remember the "Son of Sam" murders?
I was 7 years old but remember hearing about him on the news. being young and not realizing how far New York was I was afraid he was going to come to where I lived.

The Pacers are really missing Sabonis especially rebounding. It also hurts the second unit since Sabonis plays with them a lot and screens well for Holiday and McDermott. They are not getting the open looks they did when Sabonis is in and the second unit is so small. The heat in the second half is totally destroying the Pacers and the Pacers has looked really bad.

Watching the Pacers game and I just hope in the off season we move Myles Turner. He sometimes look so lost and has little basketball IQ and if he goes u against a very good big he gets dominated.

I'd love to have him on the Pacers, I just don't know that he'd get any more playing time than he does in Sacramento.
He wouldn't get minutes ahead of Brogdon, McConnell or Holiday

Big win by the Pacers beating the Lakers 116-111. Warren with another big game with 39 points including 7 in the last 2 minutes of the game.

Watching the Pacer/Lakers game and just have to give it to how good James is because besides him and Davis that roster is not that good.

What? I am watching the game and the Sun's went on a 21-0 run in the third and the start of the fourth quarters. Then Pacers went on a 12-0 run to cut it to 6 but Sun's scored the next 7 points.
-
Pacers are making the sun's look like the top seed in the west. They are now on a 21-0 run and Pacers had not scored a point in over 7 minutes.
-
Pacers are not looking good today and they are down 86-75 after 3. In the first quarter they gave up a 17-0 run and they just had a 13-0 run to finish the third. Pacers struggled all day but took a 75-72 leaf with about 4 to go in the third but did not score the rest of the quarter.

My kids did not get much at all out of e-learning, beyond enjoying the opportunity to be a little lazy. I know these are extraordinary times, but I worry about how these interruptions in their academic careers will impact them long term.
I live in Greenfield and those parents who sent that kid to school was so irresponsible. I am afraid we won't see parents being truthful or act in a irresponsible way when dealing with the virus. It is like that the government almost has to protect us from ourselves because there are to many people who won't obey the laws. My kids are in college so it was not to hard on them doing everything on line but I agree younger kids will learn better in a classroom setting.

I'm not downplaying the virus. I'm not saying don't wear masks. I'm not saying we should pack 100,000 fans into a football stadium for a game. What I am addressing is 1 specific aspect of the crisis.
Should schools be opened or closed this fall?
Do you have an opinion on that?
I would say that right now it would be better to go with e-learning until the first of the year.

Myles Turner is killing the Pacers with turnovers and can't hit a shot. Most 6'11 guys who has a 3 inch advantage would go inside to have a mismatched but we have him around the 3 line.
