This was a good win for us v. a good team at their place by 2. The win gave us confidence, but left us knowing we had plenty of room for improvement.

We have a lot of experience in starting line up and on the bench to go along with the talent. So I feel confident about this game.

I don't think so. CMW a CRMK disciple on this issue. He will start his senior and stick with him. A second reason is his experience. A third reason is that in the B1G we will need a big that can bang and take the banging as the league is very physical.

I don't think going for transfers every year is sustainable. We had a lot of transfers for the skill positions that have not worked out very well though injuries a factor especially with WR this year. We have had what is said to be our best 2 recruiting classes ever the last 2 years. If we can't develop these guys, there is just no hope with the current coaching staff. Perhaps there is no hope for this coaching staff in any case.

So did the IU defense go home? They don't seem to be on the field.

This was my thought also. Quinn a great defensive player. JHS is too. We'll see if he's in Quinn's league. JHS and X are one of the best combination of defensive guards IU's had in a long time. I think JHS will compliment X well. X can shoot the 3 if he gets good shots, and once these two get in sync, look out.

I didn't see any mentions on where he would be in the draft. I did see those who said he was the best defensive player in the class, that his only weakness was outside shooting, that he had high Bball IQ, good mid-range game, and good finisher.

I remember the 72-73 season well as I was on campus. In 72-73 there was a coach of a top rated team whose name was Bill Muselman (Minny). In 22-23 there is a coach of a top rated team whose name is Bill Muselman (Ark). In 72-73 a guy named Bill Walton led UCLA over IU in FF after a controversial foul call establishing himself as a big pain in the butt for IU fans. in 22-23 that same Bill Walton is still a big pain in the butt for IU fans every time they have to hear him broadcast a college game. In 72-73 on the IU staff was John Hulls. In 22-23 on the IU staff is his grandson Jordan Hulls. Just Sayin' Actually IU just sneaked in to the NCAA tournament that year. This was just before the expanded field; thus, only one team from the B1G could go to the big dance. IU was behind Minny by 1 game with 2 to go. IU had 2 games left with @Iowa and Purdue. However, Minny had a much more favorable schedule as they played Iowa in Williams Arena and at Northwestern which was a terrible team that year 9-15 (3-11 B1G). If there was a tie, B1G rules would award the NCAA berth to Minny. So Minny had to lose both games and IU had to win both. IU beat Iowa but Minny lost to them. On the final Saturday we beat Purdue and afterwards Minny was upset by NW. Minny's line-up included future baseball Hall of Famer, Dave Winfield and Bill Muselman was their 2d year coach. That might there was a wild celebration in Bloomington. Two of my hall mates got arrested for illegal fireworks. The judge was sympathetic and let them off for "extenuating circumstances". And as they say "the rest is history."

Don't think there is a great chance. He has to get some good assistants and keep them. We are getting some good talent, but development is not always what it should be. He has to think and act more like a CEO than he has. Like you say we could go in to a death spiral with players and commits jumping ship.
