When you guys start comparing their butts, I'm signing off.
A big butt is worth 6 inches of height for rebounding purposes.
Time to sign off, 5F!

All this with 40 days until the official start of winter!
I left FL this am where it wa 85 and sunny yesterday to return to 8 degrees in Chicago. Something wrong with me.
Same here. Came back from Florida on Monday only to find the temperature in the Fort (Wayne) to be in the 20's and to find snow all over the ground and my car!

(not updated for Romeo Langford)
Turdue players in the NBA:
E'Twaun Moore - Pelicans
Carson Edwards - Celtics
That would be eight vs. two and three bigs vs. zero.
Bryant was a very good player but not a McDonald's All-American. You can contribute his success to hard work and ignore any development edge he might have had, but if you do that, you're essentially saying that Purdue's bigs are lazy and don't work hard enough to stick. I just don't see much evidence that Painter can successfully develop players, especially bigs for success in the NBA. Sad commentary either way you look at it.
Bryant was a 2015 McDonald's All-American.

That is a good question. I suspect it was Isiah.
You are correct oh great one! In 1990 Thomas played for the World Champion Pistons defeating Portland.

Fair point. But right here, right now the Huskers are loving the TV money...which is a factor in this as well.
Huskers don't want to be stuck in a conference with Texas.

Saw some of beginning and all of the ending of Pacers W over Miami last night. Vic took over at the end of the game and led Pacers to the W.
I think the Pacers need another "superstar" to go with Vic to win a title. It could be Turner or Sabonis, but if not, they'll have to get a free agent.

Yes, if you told some one before the season started that the Pacers would be leading the Cavs on March 13th, they'd have hauled you away for a psych exam.

Saw Pacers pound Suns last night. Watched most of 3d quarter when Vic and Sabonis just went off on Suns and salted the game away for Pacers.

No I wanted to be but where Coach Ellenberger became close I was a soph and u had to be a freshman. I was in Ellenberger basketball playing class and he likes how I played and he talked me into coaching as a career. For 3 years I went to practice most days and Coach would let me watch tape with him. People can say what they want about knight but his attention to detail was second to none he demanded perfection
The only player on the present IU team that really understands positioning and shows it in games is McRoberts.
I was in elementary school when Coach Ellenberger was the high school coach at New Haven. He was in charge of the Saturday morning basketball program for elementary school kids. I remember that he never permitted pressing the other team. I think he did that so we would learn the fundamentals in a half court game. The press would favor more athletic kids, but no one would really learn the fundamentals.

Pacers for real!? They end Cleveland's 13 game winning streak led by Vic's 33/8/5 night.

OG & Raptors are hot. OG has started 4 games in a row, and the Raptors have won all 4.
