    The only way I reheat pizza. 5 minutes on medium heat. Put a half dozen droplets around the slices and place a lid. Walk away for 5 minutes. Tastes nearly as good as when it was made. 100% no cap. ;)

    You guys in Indiana have Torchy's in Fishers and Jeffersonville...If you've never tried them, they certainly are "Damn Good Tacos" :)

    Yanks lose 2-0 and wasted a 1 hit gem by Rodon, by far his best outing in pinstripes. Don't know what it is with the Yankees as they seem to struggle beating teams with losing records. Yank hitteres were limited to 3 hits for the whole game.

    That was one of the craziest tosses I’ve ever seen. I mean, I laughed really really hard. But damn.

    Abreu is a bust (could use just a hint of his mvp season). The starting rotation is broken (agreed re:Verlander however). The daunted 7-8-9 combo of Abreu, Pressley, and Hader has been abominable.  Fortunately it’s a long season. Work these kinks out and have some midseason success. 

  7. Espada's pregame speech to the Astros today should be: "OK, we won a game yesterday. If we win today, it's called "two in a row". And if we win again tomorrow, it's called a "winning streak"... It has happened before!"  Damn.  Terrible start.

    Fitz’s is a cool place to check out.  It’s a pop bottling company and restaurant. Haven’t been to St Louis in a long time (decade ish) so do your due diligence, but this really stands out to me for some reason.

    Worked at Dominos for a couple of years, and that's what they use it for...They keep the dough itself cold, and that helps with the stickiness too...

    Thanks fellas.  I will keep an eye out for this Semolina.

  10. What type/brand of flour do you guys use to roll out your dough and keep it from sticking in the wood stove?  I've watched some vids and it the flour I'm seeing is different than the standard white all-purpose flour.  Thoughts?

    Just seeing this. Wrapping up our stay in the Cayman Islands. Slooooow start for my Stros. The bullpen is struggling hardcore.  Makes me crazy in the head. Ah well. All I can do is continue rooting them on!  Like the old adage goes, “That’s why they play 162”.
