Sorry. NBA playoffs are nowhere near as good or exciting as the NHL playoffs.
Just not

When there was 10 teams. We have played Nebraska one time since they have been in the big ten so it is not like we are in the same conference. The only reason for it is money and not for the better of the sport and that is what I care about. Just like in pro sports when all sports started expanding in the early 90's sand to me it watered down those sports.
You do realize, Scott, that all that extra money has translated into better facilities, weight rooms, more to spend on better coaches. I would argue that those things, fueled by the money you mention, have helped draw a higher quality athlete to IU. Slowly and hopefully surely, that will result in a better team on the field

Nebraska is not an AAU member

Conference realignment historically has been, currently is, and in the future will be, driven by college football. If there will be any repositioning of the conference’s, it will only be done to broaden the demographics for football viewership, imo.

I have never had this, but have a manager whose family swears by it.
Every Thanksgiving, he buys about a dozen White Castles and his wife makes their stuffing from them. Several key ingredients are there--meat ( I think) bread, onions. She just adds celery and spices, puts it all in a food processor, and voila. There adult kids request it every year, and won't eat anything else.
The recipe is out there on the net, for those who want to give it a shot.

The original title of this thread was that the food was good... in this case, I’d say that it depends on the person.
Living in Wisconsin for several years we met many people of Scandinavian descent, many of them Lutheran. I still haven’t figured out what the attraction was, but lutefisk meals, were big events. Lutefisk—cod soaked in lye, then deep fried. Maybe Badgervol has some experience with this but all I can say is that I couldn’t drink enough beer to compensate for the gawdawful taste

And, in Cabo one year and the restaurant served an appetizer that made a spread out of corn fungus. Put it on crackers or bread. I didn't try it, but my wife said that it was good.

alligator is excellent.
In Aruba once and they served ostrich. Very good. Cross between lamb and beef.

Christmas is a necessity. There has to be at least one day of the year when we realize we’re here for something other than ourselves.

One of the most glorious messes in the world is the mess created in the living room on Christmas Day. Don't clean it up too quickly.
