Bally is likely done. Can't imagine losing two major cable outlets is good for business.
My understanding is that MLB.tv may lift the blackout if Bally goes totally bust. Right now, I'm happy I have Direct TV.
Are you streaming or still have a dish?

You can listen to the Hoosier Hysterics podcast and hear the full interview, but, contrary to popular belief, Mike Woodson's job was never in danger...

Just turned on to watch the Reds but Bally Sports is no longer on Xfinity. On the screen it says Bally Sports is going through bankruptcy and Xfinity no longer has their rights to show it. That means no more Reds or Pacers games
It's on Bally via MLB TV...

Just for fun….can you find an NBA or college pundit who thinks CMW is a great coach?
Larry Brown just to name one...
QUESTION: What makes Mike a good coach?
BROWN: “He’s a terrific human being. He’s knowledgeable as hell. I mean his grasp of the game is as good as any.
“You know, one thing, I never ever designated a top assistant, second assistant or third assistant. Because I always wanted to be able to recommend anybody on any staff.
“If anybody called me up and said, ‘Tell me what your coaches’ strengths are. Is he a defensive guy or an offensive guy?’ I always used to scratch my head, thinking, ‘This isn’t football.’
“I always liked the fact that I could tell people, ‘No, they’re just coaches. They can just coach.’
“But Woody, aside from being an unbelievable X and O guy, he’s got unbelievable people skills, which today I think is more important than Xs and Os.”

Ryan Mutombo, son of Dikembe Mutombo has hit the portal. Played very limited minutes at Georgetown and has 1 year of eligibility remaining I believe. He's 7'2" and solidly built. From the videos I have checked out I would think he could possibly be an option. Would be awesome to have a Mutombo in stripes lol.
Well, we had a Ewing 🙂

Can't stand this kid. I hope all the best for him in another conference
Never been a fan either...He's a crybaby and a punk...Remember how he preened about when he dunked on Trayce? Meanwhile, TJD was in the middle of scoring 35 in the rout in Champaign...

I bet he could get a nice NIL bag from Underwood right now...He's definitely got leverage...

But imagine if someone good enough to put Malik on the bench was on the team!
That's kind of a tall order...
He'd have to average 15 ppg on 56% shooting overall and 33% from 3...and be named Honorable Mention All Conference at a P6 school...
I'll agree Malik's got a lot of room for improvement, particularly in rebounding and defense, but he has pretty good handles, and is underrated as a passer in my book. He worked to get his body good last year...this year I'd imagine he'll be on the same regimen Woody had Trayce on his last 2 years...

Mike Woodson to return as coach next season
in General Basketball Discussion
Posted
While I'm not talking about this site in particular, there was a sizable contingent in social media that started the BS about Cuban being in town, back room deals, and clandestine meetings that would result in Mike Woodson's termination or "retirement."
Sorry you missed it...it was quite funny in retrospect...
