  1. Loved when everyone started cheering and he/she started barking.
  2. Its in the rule book because that defensive play has proven to cause injury. So when Golden state uses it as a defensive tactic, intentions can and have been called into question. Personal opinion aside, if something can and has caused enough injury in the sport to the point the NBA has made a rule to prevent further injury from happening, its fair game when someone does it, causes injury, and has a history. Now when Klay, Draymond, and Steph all did it to Harden in the same game, i think they were being overzealous aggressive defenders.
  3. Game one was basically borderline dirty. Players all over the NBA were commenting publicly. Notice after getting called out they quit guarding harden like that and the conversation went away. Whatever you want to call it call it. Dirty? Stupid? Accidental?
  4. We are going to check but I think it's blocking us because of internet location. Inside 465.
  5. Any way to watch with a firestick? Or stream is through computer. Tried logining in on NBC on Firestick but it told live tv not available in your area.
  6. He wasn't worth the time looking up his stupid name.
  7. Remember when Kawhi and the Spurs more beating the crap out of this same rendition of the Warriors when that stupid Pikachu undercut Kawhi ending his season and the series?
  8. Hoping they are wrong. App saying 90% chance but they just said on local 50% scattered storms.
  9. George Hill is putting together a nice playoffs.
  10. Good basketball to watch. Still can't stand shimmy and dong pic.
  11. I'm guessing the details get leaked on the local radio here soon
  12. It is but even if the pacers retained both Bojan and Thad and added a Middleton (no longer likely) or Tobias Harris, they are not a contender.
  13. I'll leave it at this I'm going to hold judgment until after this free agent Market season. But this is the reality so far We have cap space but that doesn't do you a lot of good if nobody wants to come to you. McDermott was pretty disappointing last season, OQuinn brought nothing. We've drafted second round players in the first round two years in a row. Leaf may never be an NBA player after his rookie contract.
  14. No one wanted 12.3 million expiring?
  15. Curious if Mike Conley to pacers is realistic. Just read 4 different articles. Conley is going to be tough to trade. This guy breaks it down to what teams have to offer that would actually work. https://www.theringer.com/nba/2019/5/17/18629224/mike-conley-trade-market-memphis-grizzlies-ja-morant-nba-draft Another writer mentions Miami as a real player if Goran Dragic doesnt pick up his player option.
  16. Hindsight and foresight said get somethong for nothing and the pacers got nothing. I'm respectfully no longer going to beat this poor dead horse. This season, how Pritchard held the deck after Vic went down, may later cost him. As the local media has been saying, it's put up or shut up this off season.
  17. Should have dumped Tyreke Evans for a 2nd round draft pick. Suspended for 2 years, dope.
  18. I think the gm will back off of this because it devalues the trade potential, however, there are really only a handful of legit contenders.
  19. With Rozier being a restricted free agent, does that mean he could only be included in sign and trades?
  20. Exactly. Nothing more needs to be said. It's ok to have your opinion changed and just admit it when it is slightly misinformed. Ive done it many times. It goes like this. "Ok, that makes sense, build for the future."
  21. Draft picks are tradimg chips for moving up in drafts or enhancing your bargaining power to package with other trades. Thad is at the end of his peak. Wasn't it Red Auerbach that said trade em before value goes down? Too late now. We don't even own any of those rights. Maybe this equations makes more sense. Nothing < something. Pacers have nothing.
  22. What run? What happened was totally predictable. You ignore the trade of Thad and another for a mid 1st rounder. That has value and Thad could still be resigned in the summer and let him retire here. We have already had this discussion. You complain about small market teams not having a chance. Drafting 18 gives you about a 5% chance of striking gold. Why not up your chances to 10%. Agree to disagree. Point is pacers got nothing but a first round bounce that everyone knew was coming. What would have been even worse would have been hanging onto the 3 and getting beat by the nets.
