Watched a few YouTube videos on Banks.  Hard to get a full picture in AAU.  Reminds me of TKR though

stretch 4 with long arms and above average quickness & hops.   Not sure what keeps him out of top 40-60 in rankings.
If you told me he was a boilermaker I’d be happy

    Who?
that’s a curse word around here.

  2. Well you see....

This "list" is trash. see my list below why i think so.

    A) It is a numbered list and the numbers column has a headline of "Rank".

ii) the ranking sucks. Tim Tebow listed as 40 and Brady Quinn at 43 👀

    3) half of the guys on this list were in college when opting out of the bowl game wasnt even a thing.

IV) when making a list it is nice to have relevant information that is somewhat comparative.

It's just a list of dudes who aren't soft and stuck to the commitment they made to their teammates. Simple list.

This is not a good list or ranking. Again half of these people listed arent even a part of the, let's call it, sit out of the bowl game era.

How many of these players were projected first round before the bowl game? top 15? How many players were projected in the first round and still played?

Not arguing with you, just would be interesting to see the comparison.

I know you're strongly opinionated on this topic, but to call these kids soft is a bit obtuse.

I dont get this list. This is a ranking of the top 50 NFL players, excluding people who opted to sit for their bowl game? in order? Gronk is ranked higher than Aaron Rodgers? This list is rubbish. Diggs is ahead of Hopkins and Devonte?

Without going one by one, half these players were in the NFL when the sitting out took off.

I hope TJD having 2 men in his life that were pro athletes, give him the right advice. And I hope TJD is smarter than most kids. Its not like he is hurting for cash.

I think his dad wanted him to leave after last year not being in any mock draft. As selfish as we are wanting him back next year, he needs to be selfish and make the best decision for him. I don’t think another year in college does him in good. But that’s why I manage construction and not athletes¯\_(ツ)_/¯

  7. Transfers are a two way street. if you want to accept all of these incoming transfers you have to accept the outgoing ones too. Not taking away the fact this guy is a turdball for going to Purdue. I hope he gets an STD. kidding...kinda

Most of these kids arent going pro. That means they get 4 years. 4 more years to play. If they decide to transfer for whatever reason it may be. Playing time, closer to home, play with friends, overall experience, whatever. I dont knock these kids for trying to find something that they think will better suit them.

Go watch some of the players back in the day and you will see plenty of great athletes.  They do a lot more weight training so I give you that but just jumping ability there were great athletes back then.

    Reread the bold.
