We don't start 3 corners. Fitz, Sang, and Matthews are the others.
It’s why I put it in quotes, doesn’t really matter who you start because you’re gonna be in 3 corner personnel a whole lot.

More than we could 🤷♂️
Out of curiosity who’s our 3rd “starter”?
know Taiwan and Jaylin Williams, but outside of that? Not sure

Just read a nugget on IU rivals that Bo Nix maybe one of the transfer QBs IU might be getting?
What’d he say/who said it?

If such a miracle could occur, an Indiana vs Washington Rose Bowl would be interesting.
An Indiana vs anyone Rose Bowl would be interesting, but this would just be icing on the cake.
Rose Bowl would be a CFP Bowl next year wouldn’t it? Setting our sights high!

Already had a good one with Tevis. Looks like we flipped Lucas. Plus Bailey and James should be signing with us, as well.
We have already inked 11 of the 16 '22 recruits we had coming in.
Tevis?

Think Curry is gone, let’s hope we can find a way to get James

Any clue what this is referencing? Who’s he been recruiting?

Apparently Walt Bell is now following Bo Nix now
He’s following several QB’s in the portal, I don’t know how much I’d look into it

Anyone hear how his visit went?

Looks like he barely played at UNC, what’s the scoop here?

I think they are waiting on the OL. I think Bailey is the focus at QB right now.
Waiting on what? Bowl season to wrap up?

Bedford would absolutely fit that bill and I'd have to watch the film if Katic would.
I dont overly agree that with have to have vets. We need a talent influx above all else.
Katic wasn’t very good from what I saw of him. I just don’t like relying on guys in-house.
the line was atrocious last season. Maybe we have guys who didn’t play much who can help us, or maybe one or two of the freshman are ready to start from day one, but both of those seem like massive if’s.

They’ve shown interest in some but don’t be surprised if a couple of the incoming freshman don’t push for playing time. Not to mention there are a couple guys that’ll be returning that should be improved based on maturity at the very least. Caleb Jones is gone to so that’ll help in itself.
Not sure how I feel about relying on freshman on the O-Line.
NEED some veteran guys who are proven.

Great pick-up, but need to put an O-Line in front of him.

2 time all conference OT from WKU...holds indiana offer! let's get this guy!
To clarify, doesn’t look like he holds an offer but we’ve expressed interest.
with how god awful our O-Line id we should probably offer him

Any O Lineman we are going after?
concerned by zero activity on that front

Question, I’ve seen stats on Bell, but does anyone have before and after stats?
I remember that was one of the big things with Deboer, offense improved as soon as he got there

Let’s hope McCulley pans out….

Forfeits are 2-0 scores. So, assume UCLA has only played one other game and scored 100 points in a win. They would have a record of 2 wins with no losses, but are they averaging 100 points a game as a team, or just 51 points a game?
I don’t believe it’s tallied in to the official stats so it’d be 100 PPG

How does that work? Does the coaches salaries come out of CTA salary? Not sure what you mean by that?
He’s implying we don’t have the money to cut these guys loose and pay their buyouts; so if we want to get rid of them it has to come from Tom’s salary (like the 200k cut he took to get rid of Sheridan)

Absolutely. Especially some linemen with athleticism. My wish list would include three veteran offensive linemen.
Yep, my concern lever would be very high if we don’t at least have a couple new starters there

Brought this up in another thread, but does anyone know of any O-Lineman we are looking at?
If we want to get back to competing in the Big Ten that’s the number one thing that has to change in my view

We really need some O-Lineman…. Like, badly.
