I'm not going to get into it but it's been done in the past.
His boss has done it too.

I’ve heard that we either get both of Race and Trayce or neither. Anyone else heard this?
Any details as to why this would be the case?

Perhaps this is an unpopular opinion, but, quite frankly, I'm a little tired of coaches at Indiana University thinking they have to spend every waking moment pandering to Indiana high school coaches and players. What has that gotten us in the past couple decades? A lot of players who have used an IU offer as something to brag about until they get something they want more?
Look, Indiana high school players have a blue-blood program right here with a coach that has been in the NBA for over 30 years, who knows how to get people there. Indiana coaches and players know where he is without him having to show his face at every single event, looking desperate and just like everyone else. If Indiana high school coaches and players think it's more attractive to go learn how to sumo wrestle at Purdue, MSU, or Wisconsin rather than prepare for the NBA, so be it. Indiana is a national program, and under Woodson should be able to get great players from everywhere. The Indiana kids will soon-enough know what they missed out on.

This is why I feel criticizing officiating is completely inbounds following games.
That was absolutely atrocious and just that one play caused a potential 5-point swing during the 3rd quarter when it was just a 6 point lead.
That directly had an impact in the outcome.
I blame the officials, but the blame goes all the way to the top. That’s only allowed to happen because that’s the way they want it.

Just saw Syracuse hired former IU HC Felisha Legette-Jack. Met her a few times at Alumni Assoc. events and was always impressed. Her tenure here started out promising and then the bottom fell out. Hope she has success at Syracuse.

Complete meltdown, unfortunately.

The guy who got a 3-point play after taking 3 hops and then another step.

Doesn’t Kevin Warren’s tie look like a peacock tail?

I was hoping IU would land a recruiting guru or a coach that can teach/develop shooters. Seems like more of a recruiter but I'm not sure 'guru' is the right word at this point. Let's hope that's what he becomes. If he was someone that could help coach shooting he was vastly underused this season.
He was an excellent shooter as a player, so hopefully he can teach it.

Yeah he messed up but you don’t leak shit and get it posted all over the biggest IU fanbase site. I have fired people and never in my entire life have treated people like this. That’s the issue. Indiana is a shitty administration for handling it this way.
The NW stuff isn’t posted anywhere so I am guessing the same could have been applied here but some dumbass decided not to.
"You don't leak shit." Did that apply to Fife a month or two ago when he leaked that he was unhappy about Woodson relying on consultants?

? Point to a post where I demanded to know why?
Not referring specifically to you. A ton of people in many different places demanded to know why, and those who aren’t privy to the alleged reasons are still demanding it.

Nobody is saying Dane getting let go is Rabjohns fault. Irregardless of anything else, if Woodson and Dane had a fractured relationship, a change was required.
What Rabjohns did, however, was a complete arson job on the situation. Those details did not need to be made public, and there is a decent chance that some of what he posted does not come across as intended.
Rabjohns post simply added an unnecessary level of chaos to the situation.
It’s always ironic when something like this happens, folks demand to know why, in detail, what happened. Then, when someone gives them the details they demanded, they turn around and bash that person and claim the details weren’t necessary.

Funny how the message boards' bad rumors turn out to be true, and the good rumors usually don't.

Could very well be the case. Just don’t like it when Rabjohns has heard or seen something. If I can find the link I’ll share it so everyone can hear what he said.
I don’t know how to link here, but the interview is on The Fan’s website where the Kevin & Query podcasts are. Just listened to it and Rabjohns did confirm that Randy Wittman and Jim Todd are paid consultants that Woody relied upon a lot, but he doesn’t know how the regular assistants felt about it.

Rabjohns was on A show yesterday with Jake Query and said there might possibly be some dissension on the coaching staff because of Wittman and Todd being at practices. I didn’t know they were paid consultants. He also said Geronimo likes it at IU but his people want him to explore other options. Then again I thought Rabjohns said Geronimo was the only front court player returning….. will be an interesting off season!
My apologies if this is a dumb question, but I have not kept up with this issue….who is Todd?

Does anyone know of a high school baseball score database similar to what John Harrell does for football and basketball?

Seems crazy to me that Willard had been at Seton Hall for 12 years. Seems like they just fired Bobby Gonzalez a few years ago.

Developing a three-point shot will give him more opportunities to drive past defenders and do just that.
