All would be great changes. 

I think I'd prefer one step over gather, but either way that would be a great fix on help defenders taking charges.

Yes that was an absolutely egregious miss.

Yup, there was a play at either Mich or NW, can't remember which one, but Race Thompson got the ball at the foul line with a pretty open lane. As Race went towards the basket and left the ground, an opposing player not only slid under him but also flopped and began falling to the ground without any contact being made. Race basically had nowhere to land and sort of fell on top of the defender. 

Luckily the ref called it block, as it should be, but it was an extremely dangerous play that could have gotten either/both players injured. 

That's a play that really should get a flopping tech on top or the blocking call.

Stick a hot mic on all of them and allow us little snippets throughout the game. Seriously that would clean it up alot cause then they will be held accountable and we would feel like we know what they are thinking which makes us as arm coaches feel better that we are apart of the mickey mouse operation called Big Ten Refs.
