So long as the staff has the time and resources to meet with players, they absolutely should. There is a lot that the coaches can learn from sitting with players, and real fit can be assessed accordingly. I think there is some utility to this thread vis a vis the other, broader thread - we wanted this thread to be only updates, but alas. If someone wants to make a new thread that is, I swear to Baby Jesus, only twitter / news updates of portal information and absolutely nothing else, post it, tag me, and I will post immediately after and clean up any superfluous posts and that break the rules.
